In the story Curt Lemon insisted the dentist pull a perfectly good tooth because I think he thought it would make up for him fainting. He felt if he got a tooth pulled it would look tough and they other guys would forget about him fainting before you got into the dentist. In the morning after having his tooth pulled O’Brien says in the story “There was some pain ,no doubt, but in the morning Curt Lemon was all smiles.” I think he is taking pride in having his tooth pulled. First Curt was too scared to go into the Dentistry field tent but as soon as his name was called he went in. Then he passed out and the other guys had to put him up on the cot to get checked. Then after he woke up he was so embarrassed about passing out that he went back

When the winners arrived at the library, they were immediately greeted by Dr. Zinchenko. They were then greeted with their first challenge. After the first challenge was over, they had a new task at

The facts of Fiorucci v. Chinn, 764 S.E.2d 85 (Va. 2014) that originated from Alexandria Circuit Court are as follows. Stephen Chinn was examined by Dr. Richard D. Fiorucci a maxillofacial surgeon for the evaluation of three wisdom teeth. Upon examination Dr. Fiorucci noted that the three wisdom teeth were decaying but were impacted to the bone. He still recommended extraction of the said teeth. Dr. Fiorucci extracted Chinn's upper left wisdom tooth but perforated the bone adjacent to the left sinus leaving a large opening in the sinus. He attempted the extraction of Chinn's lower left wisdom tooth but encountered severe bleeding and halted the surgery, leaving part of the tooth and the root. Milder had terminal cancer. I was immediately distraught, wondering how Dr. Milder could operate his practice despite knowing his diagnosis. I gradually realized that it was Dr. Milder's commitment to the practice of dentistry that empowered him to serve others in the face of overwhelming personal adversity. Inspired by Dr. Milder’s optimism and persistence, I started participating in the San Diego County Dental Society initiatives he introduced me to, where I discovered how dentists came together to treat homeless veterans, raise funds for educational programs, and deliver oral hygiene supplies to underserved neighborhoods. I now aspire to follow in these proactive dentists’ footsteps and extend my reach beyond private practice by caring for individuals without adequate resources, promoting public knowledge of oral health, and mentoring future dentists. Although Dr. Milder will not watch my career develop, furthering his chain of compassion as a leader in the dental community will honor his legacy and produce a lifetime of fulfillment and

Dr. William Thomas Green Morton was a small town American dentist back in the 1800’s. The grass and trees were covered in a thin layer of water causing every little beam of light to reflect back up. Anyone who may have been outside at this time would have without double, smelled the mix of fresh dirt and night crawlers. As the moonlight started to fade away through the cloud cover, three buses made there way through the streets and parked in front of HHS, the local high school.
