The Law of Magnetism, is visible in all areas of life. The author applies the law to the old saying “birds of feather flock together” and states that this was something his mother had told him that he later in life saw the truth in. I believe many people can relate to this idea for the same reasons. This is a saying most people have heard in their life and as grow older they see the validity. We do attract those most like us into our circle. That may be in the shape of friends, work acquaintances, and significant others. I have always believed that most relationships are created via something one respects or reflects. On the occasions that I cannot personally conduct my viewings on my rental property I have a person that stands in for me. I chose this person based on her strengths, she honest and has proven to be a good judge of character. These are traits I equally possess. She is an assistant vice president of a department of Wells Fargo, so the business side of renting out a property she can handle without a problem. Where we differ however is the key reason I have her handle this for me. She loves interior design and relator work. I, on the other hand, do not. She is aware of just what aspects to play up and just which ones to play down. Her love for all things dealing with homes gives her a skill set that I do not have. I just show the house and answer questions. She sells people on loving the house every time. I know many people that would happily show my homes to perspective tenants. Most are business type people that are more like me; they will list the facts about the homes and answer questions, but they don’t do it with the same excited flare that she does. Any time she shows one of my homes the perspective tenants comment about how knowledgeable she was and how warm and caring she is. She really doesn’t say anything much different than I do its her presentation that makes the
