The ISM programme in UITM Machang have a deficit in some courses for examples subjects Database Application For Information Management (IMS506) that only have one main lecturer. The delivery will be less compare than the major lecturer to the students.

Hello everyone! Moreover, instructional and learning experience subsystem would have a positive effect once the proposed plans take into effect. The instructional subsystem are the teachers along with the administrators that gather their input and lead the students. The learning experience subsystem are the learners that process the information that the other 2 subsystem give out (Reighluth, 1995). There are a total of 4 subsystems, however the governance is like the head leaders of everything. The administrative subsystem is the most important one that needs the change, this division is like an engine to a vehicle. The stakeholders are responsible for are 4 subsystems, and changes also applies to them as

“Constant efforts, dedication, devotion and determination are the key to success” This principle I have followed in my career. Setting goals and striving hard to accomplish them has always been my strength in professional as well as personal life. I have always been amazed by computers, code –programs and was keen to understand the underlying meaning, gimmick, structure and pattern of how programs actually work. Learning about simple Foxpro programs, excel sheet formulae, C programs at an early age heightened my interest in computer programs. This childhood interest urged me to do a diploma in information technology and later bachelor’s degree in the same area. Having completed six years course in Information Technology, and two years of experience in IT. I stand by the principal “Stay Hungry” and this has helped me in achieving my goals. Standing by this I would like to explore ahead and pursue MS in MIS. I would like emerge to put to use this knowledge to pursue MS program in MIS.
management is a huge factor when taking online classes. So with this in mind, I know what it is I
I am currently employed as a Software Engineering Senior Analyst at Accenture. The Information system advances so rapidly that at times it is too difficult to keep up with it without proper knowledge and experience. While most of the people do get a relatively easy entry in the field after under graduation, it is very difficult to aim for a constant growth only on that basis. The field demands upgraded knowledge and experience for career growth and (achieve goals). And that is why I aspire, to pursue Masters in Management Information Systems at your esteemed University.
The field of information systems has grown and become more promising than in previous years. This increase demands highly skilled professionals to keep up with the quickly changing world of IS. Looking for a job in the Information Systems field opens the door for many disciplines, each with its significance in the business world. Most businesses need information systems skills to accomplish their goals. There is a wide selection of career options in the field of information systems. There are the technical positions, such as dealing with information management and hardware and software management, and the people-oriented technology positions, such as dealing with the design and operation of Internet applications (“Why Major,” n.d.).
For my under graduate studies, I opted for “Information Technology” in SIES College of Arts, Science and Commerce. During the course of the study I understood the fundamentals of IT through the Programming language and database courses. After my undergraduate education, the strong desire to understand the global business management process and the requirements of the industry propelled me to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Management specializing in “International Business” from Pillai’s Institute of Management and Research. I was endowed with subjects like Supply chain Management and Customer Relationship management, Shipping and Logistics Management, International trade operations and MIS for Global Organisations. At the end of first year, an overseas study tour to China provided an international perspective on business by exposure to the different factors business has to address in their particular environment. The study tour gave us a ch...
My interest in Information Systems Management was drawn when I was working on my final year project at Maharashtra Institute of Technology under the able guidance of the head of the Computer Engineering department. Professor R. K. Bedi’s support provided a much needed boost to my confidence in my programming skills. This new found confidence, in conjunction with the organization management skills I had acquired through active participation in extracurricular activities like “Tesla”, in inter college programming fest, made me realize I wanted to pursue a program that had comprised a blend of both the computer science and management disciplines.
In 2010, I started my undergraduate degree course in Industrial Engineering and Management in the prestigious M.S. Ramaiah ...
Especially in India, students are not much aware of the changing trend and have a casual approach towards such courses. First of all students should be made aware of the changing trends and they should be encouraged to enhance their soft skills by applying some effective methods like reading dedicated books, attending courses, and joining clubs or societies to broaden their horizon, like debating societies or scientific societies who offer presentations and discussions. A formal approach to the problem would be to incorporate soft skills training into a programme’s curriculum. On lower levels a course that requires students to do a bit of research and present their results to the class afterwards has been proven to be effective. On graduate level a course on management skills, including some communication skills together with the management of time, conflict, cultural issues, general topic of major importance, have been well received by the students. Students have shown interest in such courses. However, very often the curricula are already overloaded with hard skills courses, making it almost impossible to add or substitute courses. Many a times the students are not left with enough time to dedicate their time towards grooming their personality. Furthermore, it is also possible that other lecturers might be
...urse of this module will be extremely beneficial for my future. If I am to have the opportunity to become part of the managerial sector within the IT industry, I believe I will be more confident and have better listening skills. After this course, I have now clearly identified my strengths and weaknesses and identified opportunities and threats that they provide. Hopefully, if I apply the knowledge I have gained from the course, and apply it to the working world, I will be able to handle situations with more confidence, and show much more calamity and assertiveness. NLP can also be used more effectively when communicating with others. After the continuous and consistent team work available throughout this module, I believe management is a more suitable career option for me. As can be seen previously, effective communication is only achieved with constant practise.
