The various practice trough words, sounds, symbols and language is a crucial for development and progress of civilized society. Effective communication enables us to reach mutual understandings and overcomes in socio- political settings and our everyday lives. It is especially clear that communications are much more complex and sophisticated than ever before in history of humanity.
