* Review current state Cedar Crest vs best practice
* Review membership of the team
* Review roll out plan and schedule a. Education of facilitators (Nursing, CM and Physicians as needed/desired)
* Create schedule for implementation of process changes and preliminary schedule for units to implement rounding
