As we explore the international action packed hit wuxia film, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, the ending has a classic romance tragedy between two of the lead characters Li Mu Bai and Shu Lien. Classical in a sense that other romance type stories have the same type of ending, where the couple never got a chance to live happily ever after. Li Mu Bai and Shu Lien were extremely devoted to their martial arts lifestyle and chivalry as Shu Lien was a former lover to their common friend, that it took them a lifetime to acknowledge their love for each other, and only at the very end while Li Mu Bai was dying of a poison dart.
