Regardless of different ways and perspectives that one comes to hear about the Resurrection, the most important part of Christianity, is the central point of biblical history and the “mecca” of any Christ believers. The story of Christ’s Resurrection has been translated, interpreted, and told numerous times and ways. Not only because of the grand significance that the Resurrection has on people’s faith, but also because of its sacred meaning to their existence. Through the New Testament, notably 1 Corinthian 15, Jesus’s Resurrection had unveiled God’s ultimate plan to mankind's from a sinful world. In a way, it’s saying that no matter how strong a person claims his faith to be, if that faith is not firmly held and conduct, then it is done for nothing. Similarly, if Christ did not come back from the dead, then the Gospel and everything that was claimed to be fulfilled by him would be meaningless. The whole point of following and sacrificing for their belief is because the apostles know for sure that God has the power to raise the people to the dead through Jesus’s sacrifice. Had Christ not rise up again, the world is still deep in sins. Therefore, Christianity today celebrate this occasion in which the people are saved and spiritually born again. Psalm 16:10 says:“For You will not abandon my soul to Sheol; Nor will You allow Your Holy One to undergo decay.” This verses is directly stating that we will not be abandon in any way. It’s no longer possible since we have been resurrected as well. Physical death is surely not the termination of man. Through His Resurrection, we are given a new life and a fresh start. Several accounts in the Bible give evidence to this second visit. "Don't be troubled. You trust God, now trust in me. There are many rooms in my Father's home, and I am going to prepare a place for you. If this were not so, I would tell you plainly. When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am." (NLT, John 14:1-4).We must be prepared and ready since He is coming at anytime. The important question here is not when He will come again, but rather what will happen when He arrives? Fortunately, we are promised to that eternal life thanks to His grace and mercy so that we can be with Him. “...for a time is coming when all who are in their graves will hear his voice and come out—those who have done what is good will rise to live, and those who have done what is evil will rise to be condemned” ( NIV, John 5:28-29). According to these verses, Jesus’s comeback is going to be good news to those who are faithful to Him. It’s a splendid party in celebration of His coming in the most glorious way so that all can see. Although men have been condemned and forgiven when the first Resurrection occurred, this second time around is a the final chance.
