Child Labor Persuasive Speech/Essay
Thinking back to your childhood, was that happy and without any stress? Your parents taking care of your life carefully. Unfortunately some children required to work 16 hours in a day and six day for a week in other backward countries. Imagine yourself doing heavy machine work instead playing toy with your friends and you do not get enough of money for feed yourself. Every minute millions of children are in this depressed situation with no hope for escaping. I think child labor should not be existing as inhuman and cruel. My goals is got 5000 dollars for saving the children in child labor, this money can let children get rid of the factory or mining, and can go to school like a normal kid. Also we can stop buying the products which are using child labor and we can use the power of social media for stopping people buying child labor product. There are three reasons while I think child labor should be prevented. Children should deserve what that should have and got enough of education in their childhood. They have to working very hard every day and only get short period of time for break. How they supposed to get education for working whole day. In Canada, we spent over 2000 hours in school every year. In child labor camps they spent over 7000 hours working a year. How does they spent 7000 hours for working? This is really crazy, isn’t it? And it does not fair, doesn’t it? Those children working as hard as non-stop machine in factory.
