Steve Jobs is the world's top master who has the most communication skills, the best at speaking. His speech is very affectionate, appealing and thoughtful, and the highly communicative statement makes the audiences feel as comfortable as the spring breeze. In each of his speeches, people cheered and crazy for Jobs and his products. In fact, whenever there is a major product release, Steve Jobs will personally battle, and share the amazing and stunning new creation of Apple with the whole world. He made the title of the new product speech very concise, the selling point is clear. For example, "Today, Apple re-invented the phone", "put 1000 songs into your pocket." These titles are impressive and never forget. It is not only to attract the audience and the reader's curiosity, but also to stimulate the consumer's desire to buy. In the display of Apple's stunning works including IMAC, IPOD and IPHONE, he used the magnificent presentation and superb expression skills, so that Apple products shine and shocked the world. Groups are an essential component of society as they allow individuals to affiliate themselves with certain people, typically those who are most similar to themselves. Groups also provide social support and a greater sense of belonging for the individual, which is not provided by crowds. Due to the significance of groups, it is important that groups are maintained in organized structures that encourages group harmony and group cohesion. It is essentially the leader’s task to maintain these ideals since the leader has authority over the members of the group.

On October 5, 2011 Steve Jobs passed away in his home in Palo Alto California; Jobs had been battling pancreatic cancer since 2003. Steve brought so much different technological advancement that most people use everyday without knowing who created them. Everything that Jobs created, he did because he understood what his customers wanted, and where the market was going. Steve Jobs believed in all of his products and innovations he sold to people, and had faith in the people he worked with was what really shaped Apple. After leaving the company and then returning, Steve Jobs’ influence made Apple one of the top computer companies in the world.
Steve Jobs played a huge role in revolutionizing technology. He is considered to be a major role model for people and has heavily influenced many lives. I was able to witness some of the techniques he uses to inspire and push people in his speech. I consider the graduates, who were present on that day, lucky to be able to hear a few words of wisdom, inspiration and character from him.
In 2005, Steve Jobs’ gave a commencement speech to the University of Stanford. His speech is a very motivational and inspiring to everyone that has listened to it. He talks about three stories that happened in his life and allowed him to be where he is today. Connecting the dots, love and lost, and death. We think Steve Jobs was a successful leader because he was imaginative, passionate about his job, he had the ability to push employees to create new things, had confidence, and believed in collaboration. Under Steve Jobs' leadership Apple was an innovative company and under Tim Cook's leadership Apple is now being seen as more of charitable, socially and ethically responsible company. A charismatic leader is one whose followers are drawn to his or her personality and magnetism. They have extraordinary qualities and are described as almost god-like to those that follow them and look up to them. With being a team leader, their whole purpose is to try and allow for their passion and enthusiasm to rub off on their team members by portraying a positive and energetic attitude.
