Character: CW2 Ramos displayed tremendous character throughout this rated period. He could always be counted on to do what is right despite the various logistical shortfalls he encountered daily. He staunchly supports the Commander’s SHARP and EO programs and fostered a climate of dignity and respect throughout the geographically Brigade.
