This means that Emily is physical fit and can take part in social activities because she is energetic and motivated. As for her social health, Emily enjoys the company of her netball team and has a confidence boost when their team wins. The impact of Emily’s physical health on her mental health proves that when she exercises and is able to maintain a positive body image. This will cause her to have a healthy mind, motivating her to keep up the good work. (c) Social health has an impact on her mental health. When Emily participates in social practices such as go as going shopping or hanging out with her friends, she tends to be happier instead of staying home an isolating herself. As well as this, her group of friends can give her both moral and social support so that could motivate her to do better. (d) Mental health has an impact on her physical health.
