The Roseville and Sterling heights store had checkout lanes located at the front and the back of the store.

What customer service policy did they display if the lanes became crowded?

While visiting the Roseville and Sterling heights locations I didn’t see a customer service policy displayed for if the lanes became crowded, I did hear an announcement asking for help at checkouts. When leaving the store, they did have a customer service sign with a number available for individuals to contact to report any issues 866-677-4771.

I did ask an individual what policies they had and he stated that they were expected to drop any tasks they were doing to offer immediate help to customers. He also said if an item was wrongly price matched, or put in the wrong location, they honor the price where it was found.

Describe your organization’s return policy. What would you change and why?

For most of the general items sold at Dick’s the return policy is 60 day. Dick’s return policy is 60 days for most general items. I wouldn't We wouldn't change it because I feel as if in our opinion, 60 days is enough time to decide if youfor an individual to decide if they are satisfied with the product. It’s also a long enough time to return the product if it becomes defective. like the product or return a broken item if it
