In addition to that they have to be tenacious, extroverted, take failure well, be a good listener, ask good questions, be a good researcher, be self-driven, and be fascinated with human interaction. Prospective Recruiting Managers must be committed and receive the proper training in order to succeed as well (Frey, Renee). Since recruiters are in high demand, and have specific titles for their specialized fields such as: a Sales Recruiter, an Executive Recruiter, and an Information Technology Recruiter. It’s essential to develop a specialty area that creates a demand for their skill set since recruiters are in high demand. Recruitment Managers and Hiring Managers work closely together so that they can accurately find the most suitable talent for their clients. This is why it is important to have a career that arises and evolves that meets this innovating world: Human Resources. Human resources plays a big part into a business’ success from hiring new employees, to employee retainment, and ensuring employees are trained to meet the evolving businesses requirements (Nickels (290-346). Last year Marianne delegated on-site campus interviews to three department managers to be recruiters preparing them only with a briefing to keep their questions specific to qualifications for the job. The three managers conducted 64 interviews over one week at four different college campuses and most failed to file interview reports in a timely manner. This year Marianne recognized that last year’s schedule was perhaps too rigorous for only three managers so this year she has instead selected twelve managers to be recruiters on just one college campus each. Marianne’s poorly managed campus recruiting program, has led her to seek the advice of professional HR colleagues to improve her efforts during this year’s campus recruiting program.

I like selling things and interacting with others. I just picked this career because my skills that I believe are my best skills are necessary for this career. Other features that are important with becoming a Marketing Manager are: Analytical, Communication, Creativity, Decision-making, Interpersonal, and Organization. I think that all the skills that are needed to become a Marketing Manger is something that I do very well. Some of the skills I have I do way better than others. Then there 's some skills I need to work on just a bit. For example, I am really good at communicating and being creative. My down fall with these skills would mostly be my organization
