Can we control our happiness? That is a good question that can have a lot of different kinds of responses. We can control our happiness for the most part I would say a good eighty to ninety

percent of the time we can control our emotion of happiness. The only time we have absolutely no control of our emotion of happiness is a time of crisis or a time of complete emotional stress. I remember when my grandmother passed away a few years back I was truly in a state or feeling of unhappiness or depressed over the loss of my grandmother. At that time I had no control over the loss of a loved one, my grandmother. Feelings we might have for someone we love or truly

like. I remember I had feelings for a girl I knew in high school, we would talk and I truly enjoyed

spending time with her, going to a movie or out for a meal. Her mother moved out of town because of her job and she had to move also. I was a bit bummed out and not too happy at the

Why he was unhappy or what issues his marriage had I do not know but he seemed unhappy at the time and hardly laughed or smiled. The last time I saw my uncle which was a few months back after he had been divorced for a couple of years he seemed so happy and I can still recall his laughter when he was talking to my dad about their childhood upbringing. So now that I think about this question I do believe we do have control over our happiness. The examples I can think of on how we control our happiness are many. There are people that I do not like to be around with at school due to their loud obnoxious behavior or the things they say or do. I do not enjoy
