I think that milk can make your bones stronger because I have a connection to it. I got my foot ran over by a car and my foot didn’t brake because I drink so much milk all of my life and my sisters boyfriend broke his nose and I broke because he doesn’t drink a lot of milk mostly pop.

There is 6 way to build stronger bones.

1.Cheese.

2.Small container of yogurt.

3.3 Cups of milk.

4.Lot's of calcium.
