Last week, I researched professional organizations in my career field. One of the orgs I found is very volunteer intensive. CDFA, the Council of designers of America. A non-profit trade association that was founded in 1962. The foundation’s mission is to create funds for charity and industry activities. With that being said, one of the most intriguing funds I found was the CDFA/Vogue Fashion Fund. An annual competition established in 2003 to find and develop the next generation of emerging of American design talent.
