First take six or more score sheets and secretly draw a star on four of the sheets. Have each person pick a score sheet, this will tell you who will be starting at the head table. The remaining 8 players can sit at the "Middle" or "Losing" tables. Each table is randomly divided into 2 teams. Team couples sit across from each other. Pick one person on each team to tally points during each round. Keep track of team points by using the tally sheet--these points are only used for each number round. To save paper, just cross out previous rounds tallies and continue with new round on the same paper .

In the novel As I Lay Dying by William Faulkner, Darl Bundren, one of the most prominent narrators of the story is deemed insane and institutionalized by his family. His family has always believed that Darl was a little off from the rest of the family and after burning a barn down, they decide that the best way to avoid any further trouble is to declare him insane and get rid of the problem. However, Darl was in mourning and his coping mechanisms might have been what made him act “insane”. The question then becomes, was Darl truly insane?
According to what I read in the textbook, the CMS 1500 form is divided in two considerable parts: 1- Patient and Insured Information, which you can find in locators 1 through 13; and 2- Physician or Supplier Information, which you can find in locators 14 through 33. But this form can be divided in three sections as well: 1-Demography (from locators 1 through 13), 2- Procedural and diagnostic information (from locators 14 through 24) and 3- The technical part (from locators 25 through 33).
Even though there are a multitude of famous Arkansans dead or alive right now, Brandon Burlsworth went from a lost cause in the football world to one of the most renowned walk-on’s in college history.
