Summary
Jenny and her husband, Tom, were married for 10 years. They were very happy, or so it seemed. Tom had been cheating on Jenny with his mistress, Jennifer. Jenny would have never suspected that her husband was ever cheating on her, but his mistress called Tom’s cell phone asking him if he was coming to see her. Jenny answered the phone because Tom was sleeping. Jenny pretended like she didn’t know anything about it. When Tom told her he had to work late the next day she called his job, that day, to see if he really was working late the next day, they said he wasn’t scheduled to work at all. So, while her husband was watching TV Jenny told him she was going to the store to get some things. In reality, she went out to the driveway and tampered with the brakes on his car. Jenny found

Suspects
The first suspect was Chad, he is 30 years old: Chad was the husband of Jennifer, Jenny said he killed them because he found out they were together. The police believed Jenny and arrested him of the murder of Tom and Jennifer. The murders could have happened anytime from 6-10 PM, Chad had an alibi. He was at work at the time the murders occurred and there were witnesses that saw Chad there, so they released Chad.
The second suspect was Jenny, she is 35 years old: Jenny was the wife of Tom. After Chad´s alibi held up the police started interrogating Jenny, they thought she had done it because she wanted them to pay for hurting her. Jenny said she was at home watching TV with her sister during those times. When the police called Jenny´s sister, Betty, she said she was on a business trip and had been for the past week. The called Jenny to come back into the station and they arrested her for the murders of Jennifer and Tom. She was sentenced to life in
It started as any ordinary day at Fowler Middle School, kids laughing and learning. But, at 8:51 AM, a classroom of students walked into a horrifying scene. Marilyn Tokzulott’s second-period class found their teacher dead on the floor behind her desk, murdered. Despite the many suspects, one stands out above all. Billy Plummer, the boyfriend of the victim's daughter, committed this murder. It is clear that the murderer was Mr.Plummer because of involvement in previous conflicts with Mrs. Tokzullot, presence at the crime scene and access to the murder weapon.
Dick and Perry, who were former employees of Herbert Clutters. Perry confessed to killing Mr. Clutter with the knife and the shooting of the rest of the family. Dick confessed that he couldn’t bring himself to do the killing.
It was summer hot and humid July but all was not well for homicide was in the air. Jeremy Ringquist had, after a divorce and begin unemployed, had taken up residence with his parents once again. Thirty-eight years of age Jeremy, was charged with the death of his parents and attempting to hide the bodies in a freezer.
This morning October 8th 1965 at about 5:13 am the body of Bob Sheldon was found lying next to the park fountain he was seen to be in a pool of blood. His body had a single stab wound in his back which had pierced his heart, killing him instantly. Supposed eye witnesses say that a small boy who was a member of the "Greaser Gang" attacked and killed Bob and intended to kill the rest of them. Cherry Valance claims that she was walking with Johnny and Ponyboy after the movies when Bob approached them in his car and threatened the two them. Be on the lookout for the two boys with the description of one that has long light-brown hair, green eyes, and is about five feet tall and another has long jet-black hair, large black eyes, and is about four feet six inches. The first one is considered to be Ponyboy and the second one is considered to be Johnny. The two are now on the run they were last seen at a party with Dally. Investigators report that Dally says he has no idea where these two are but he thinks that they are going to Mexico. A woman was taking a walk through the park and discovered the bloody corpse she said “I was hesitant at first because I thought they were watching me, but I gained some courage and called 911” the friends that were their helping Bob bully the 2 said they were there during the homicide, but decided not to call the police because they were drunk and they were scared after seeing him dead. They said, the murderer was a 16 year old boy named Johnny Cade.
The first suspect is Edward “Bennie” Bedwell. Bedwell was a local dishwasher who was questioned at a local motel for three days (Sigona). What supported Bedwell as a suspect is that he actually confessed to the murder (Sigona). There were multiple problems with Bedwell’s confession, however. The first problem with his confession is, “Bedwell couldn’t read or write, so it would be nearly impossible for him to understand what he was confessing to” (Sigona). The second problem with his confession is “After a time, everyone realized Bedwell’s story didn’t add up. There were inconsistencies, including the fact that Bedwell said he was with the girls for a month before they died” (Sigona). Finally, the main problem with his confession is that the girls were dead within four hours of leaving home (Sigona). The other suspect in the case of the murder of Barbara and Patricia Grimes is Max Fleig. Max Fleig was a young man in his teens when the Grimes sisters were murdered (MacGowan). Max offered to take a lie detector test, which he failed (MacGowan). The reason Fleig was released even after failing the test is “The police began to focus on him as a prime suspect until they were told that it was illegal to polygraph someone underage. The police released him, many of the authorities thinking he was their man” (MacGowan). Another example that supports Fleig as a suspect is that he was imprisoned later in his life
Two detectives were assigned to the case: Harry Hanson and Finis Brown. [2] When they and the police arrived at the crime scene, it was already swarming with people, gawkers and reporters. The entire situation was out of hand and crowded, everyone trampling all over any hopes for good evidence. [2] One thing they did report finding was a nearby cement block with watery blood on it, tire tracks and a heel print on the ground. There was dew under the body so they knew it had been set there just after 2 a.m. when temperatures dropped to 38 degrees.
Police investigators continued to match dental records and other clues to help identify the remaining victims who were found on Gacy’s property. All but nine of the victims were finally identified.
Timothy Hennis was the individual who was convicted of the triple homicide of Kathryn, Erin, and Kara Eastburn. Gary Eastburn, Kathryn’s husband, contacted the police with information that his wife had placed in ad in an attempt to get rid of their dog; the man who picked up the Eastburn’s dog was Hennis. Because of this interaction with Kathryn, Hennis was interrogated, and his picture was placed in a photo based lineup for a potential witness to view. The witness had seen someone walking
The way that the case goes I can say I think it was the family that committed the murder. There was no evidence anywhere of an intrusion. With no sign of intrusion we can say it was someone within the house or that had access to the house(friends). No sign of intrusion also discards anyone else within the community that wasn’t close to the Ramsey’s , so no killer on the loose. The family, Patsy-Mom, Jon-Dad, Bert-brother, all have some suspicious
Murder was most likely reliably on because someone could have killed her. Most, but not all people thought she died of accidental overdose.
On March 13, 1964 a woman by the name of Catherine “Kitty” Genovese was coming back to her apartment in Queens, New York at 3:00 a.m. when she was impaled to death by a serial killer. According to the news, the said attack was about 30 minutes long. During the attack, Kitty Genovese screamed for help numerous times. The killer left the scene when the attention of a neighbor was attracted. Ten minutes later, the killer returned to the scene and murdered Genovese. It came to attention that 38 people witnessed the attack and murder, but all thirty-eight failed to report it until after the murder. This ordeal got the attention of many people including scientists and psychologists who wanted to figure out why this occurred. Later, the events that were published by the news were found to be false. It seemed as if the news was experiencing the bystander effect as well, because their information did not contribute to the actual facts. There were not 38 witnesses to the crime, but several had heard the screams and a few calls were made to the police during the attack. But there was still talk about something that affected the minds of people during emergency situations. This phenomenon has become known as the Bystander Effect. There were several cases that are fairly similar to the Genovese one. As well as the Genovese case, these occurrences attracted the attention of many scientists and even the news had something to say about “apathy.” Is the bystander effect real? My hypothesis is that the bystander effect is in fact, a real everyday occurrence that limits the help offered by people. This is due to the number of bystander present during a given situation. The Bystander Effect is the social psychological idea that refers to cases in whi...
She was 26 years old and lived in Salem, Oregon. As another one of Jesperson victims, she “was found choked to death in November in Salem, Oregon…”( Clan 1). This murder once again showed a pattern of choking, which seems to be something that Jesperson felt comfortable with doing. The next victim, number five, is another Jane Doe. The only thing Jesperson could say was that her name was "Carla" or "Cindy". This did not help the police identify her. With what little information that was given about Cindy or Clara, there was not much to go on when it came to her death, but in 2006 that changed. In the year of 2006, 13 years later after the crime was committed “The Doe Network” stated that “the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office filed murder charges against Keith Hunter Jesperson for the 1993 killing. Jesperson wrote authorities the letter in 1997 describing the murder, the truck driver was already in prison for other murders...”(section 2, par. 2) but back in 1993 Jesperson did not stop killing after Cindy-Carla he went on to victim number five but after waiting a

Caruthers's murder was at first blamed on Darryl Jepson, but Jessica later figured out that it was John Pelletier who had done it.
It was just a normal day for Krickitt at Jammin Sports in California, little did she know that her next phone call would change her life. “Ring, Ring!” Krickitt answered the phone. On the phone was Kim Carpenter, a total stranger, who called to order a jacket. A few days went by and Kim decided to call to check on the order, Krickitt answered the phone again. On the third call to check on his order, Krickitt told him she would be off the next time he would call, so she gave him her home phone number.
