I am ready to go back to my home school because I haved worked on my childish ways, worked on my behavior plus I don't like being at the bonds alternative program. The old me had this problem talking, laughing, arguing, and being disrespectful. The new me is not going to talk when not told, known when there's a time and a place to laugh, and stop arguing with teachers because I am not always right. There are some problems that I have but i push myself that I can do better. While I was at bonds Alternative program the best technique I learned was belly breathing. Belly breathing is to help you calm down. What you do is find a good and quiet spot, sit in a chair, put your heads towards your stomach towards your back, breath in for four seconds,
hold for three seconds, breath out for eight seconds. You should repeat this as many time as you please until you think you are calm. For the people at their home school who are on the verge of getting sent to an alternative school I suggest that they think twice about getting in trouble. They should probably use some skills like belly breathing or anything that might help them calm down. You don't want to be sent to an alternative schools because when you go back to your home school you will be viewed as a person with that there is a chance fingers may point at if you get in trouble, because you're known as the person that has been sent to the alternative school. So i wish the best to you guys and try to come up with ways that will not get you into trouble GOOD LUCK!!!

As you practice remember that inhalation and exhalation are both done through the nose and should be an equal amount of time in duration. Make sure to keep your breath flowing and your throat open. Don’t tense your shoulders or jaw. Be careful not to overfill your lungs as it will cause tension. Finally, keep your navel pulled in while breathing.
After coming to the United States where I was excited to see a new country, people, and living, I lived in the city of Corona where I was attending a public school. After being at an all girl’s Christian school that requires us to have a certain length of the uniform skirt, hair being pulled up, and clothes ironed, and attending church at school every week was something completely different for me. Being at a school that involves boys and freedom from what I had before was a new thing for me because I was not used to it. I didn’t feel comfortable to the change and told my mother that I wanted to be in home school. She agreed and placed a request form to place me in home schooling. After being accepted, I was able to get all my work done com...

The three poses and one breath that I think have really helped me and I will continue to practice is Corpse pose, Tree pose, Reclining twist and Kapalabhati breath. I chose Corpse Pose one because this semester had me stressed out. I had so much assignments and quizzes and I also had to write the Ontario secondary school literacy test. I stayed up most of the nights either finishing an assignment or studying for a test or quiz. I'm very huge on procrastination. The Corpse pose is a relaxation pose. When I did this pose, calmed my mind and body and encouraged a deep feeling of relaxation. This poses helped me release my stress level and kept me clam. I get a lot of headaches, when I'm stressed and Corpse pose helped me get rid of headaches.
Bonds and Equities Defining Bonds and Equities Bonds are certificates of obligation or indebtedness, issued by governments and companies to raise funds repayable at interest over relatively long periods. Equities are investments exercised by purchasing a share in the ownership of a corporation; and are more commonly called stocks or shares (as in the stock market or share market). Bonds have a very favorable relationship with equities. Historically, when equity markets fell, bonds had gone up in value, partially offsetting the fall. When equity markets rise, interestingly, high quality bonds also tend to rise, although to a lesser extent. Therefore for an investor with equity portfolio wanting to reduce portfolio volatility or make the portfolio less susceptible to a fall in equity markets bonds are the most appropriate. Bonds generally pay a much higher income than high quality government and corporate bonds to compensate for higher risk. Similar to equities, bonds tend to perform best when economic growth is strong with low stable interest rates. In such an environment the ability of these companies to pay interest and repay their bonds on the maturity date is greatly enhanced. [Z. Bodie, 2000] Investment in bonds and equities, usually via stock-markets and other exchanges for financial instruments. So-called "portfolio investment" is usually relatively easy to re-sell; hence this type of investment can flow relatively easily into and out of a country's stock-markets. This can lead to volatility in share-prices and levels of capital availability. What’s the difference? Equities are shares listed on the stock exchange. Their prices are influenced by the underlying performance of the companies, the sectors in which they operate ...
Bonds and stocks are both financial securities that an investor can invest in the financial market. A bond is one of the many types of debt instruments that allows the issuing party to raise funds by borrowing from an investor. The issuing party is obligated to repay the investor in accordance with the terms of a contract between the two parties. A stock is a form of equity instrument that is raised by a corporation, through issuing or distributing shares on the equity market (Mushkin & Eakins, 2012; Hubbard & O’Brien, 2014).
