INTRODUCTION
Sir Alex Chapman Ferguson, a football living legend was born on 31st December, 1941 in Glasgow, Scotland. In his entire lifespan as a football player and a manager, he has been one of the most consistent and remarkable name in the game. He was a former football player at the Scottish football team and has also played for various English clubs. He became the top goal scorer by scoring 31 goals in the Scottish League. Later, in 1974, his career as a football manager got a kick start when he was elected as the manager of a team called East Stirlingshire. Afterwards, he was shifted to many clubs and was elected for the same post in the clubs including St. Mirren and Aberdeen. They cannot always rely on the manager to assist them. During these times the players require a morale support by the leader or manager. Sir Alex Ferguson was so successful in making such a bond with the players that the players now even display some of his qualities. They have been taking some brilliant decisions on their own during some of the demanding matches. Servant leadership was fostered in the early 70s by Robert Greenleaf. It means that the leader should act like a servant to the organization. They should stay out of all the eminence and let the team members take all the credits. It is believed that this is a good way to lift the morale of the team members. They also entrusted that it is a good manner to move ahead in the world, where moral values are important.
There are a number of people who oppose to this style of leadership. They suggest that the leader may lose its identity as no credits are given to him while following this style of leadership. This leadership style is also not easy to apply so it can take up too much time due to which many organizations avoid

It was a bright, August day, with a temperature to match. At least 85°, sun outside was at its peak, with not a cloud to be seen for miles.
