Benefits of Exercising Exercise is often thought to be hard work and dedication. Many people believe that if a person is exercising or if they exercise on a regular base that they want to be fit, or they are unhappy with something that deals with their body physically. Allot of these people fail to realize that exercising is not only for your body physically but mentally as well. I know from my own personal experience that exercising helps not only with physical aspects. But it can help with depression, anxiety, and many other things. There are many people out there that feel that exercise has no way of helping their mental state. They feel that if they are depressed about a certain situation there is nothing that can help them or they feel that if they are depressed only a doctor or prescribed medicine can better their situations. Others do not know that exercise is a great way to trigger interest in sex or others do not want to believe that exercise directly affects your sex life. Many people are very ignorant when it comes to exercising. Some are so self-content that they are blinded and do not recognize when they actually do need the exercise. The feel like if they are in the skin that they are in then why should they have to change anything about themselves. Exercise to some people is like the worst thing either because they are too lazy to actually put in the time and hard work to see the change or they just do not believe in exercising either way these kinds of people are missing a very important factor of bettering their life in
