Are you constantly bombarded by media and society on how to be skinny and look a certain way? Well, there are ways to become fat in a healthy way without leading to obesity, which is a big problem in America. First of all, you need to have a diet plan just like a person who wants to lose weight would. Many people believe that if you want to gain weight you should just consume as much as you can and sleep. This mindset is very harmful for your body and will lead to obesity. Therefore it is very important to follow a proper diet. Since men and women have very different body structure, they will not have the same diet plan. If you are a man you should eat two to three raw eggs in the morning and boiled egg in the afternoon. Along with your diet plan you should exercise regularly in order to avoid obesity and be healthy. Secondly, you should increase your calorie intake. Instead of eating three meals a day, you should break your meals into five or six small meals per day, eating every two to three hours. You should consume large quantities of healthy fat like proteins. Many people believe that consuming lots of food with high calories and fats will cause you to gain weight. This will gain you unhealthy fat and possibly increase the chances of obesity. Instead you should pack your diet with nutrition that are filled with healthy fats, minerals, and vitamins. Thirdly, you should avoid unhealthy food at all time. Unhealthy foods like pizza, chips, donuts, ect. are filled with bad fats that is not good for your body. You should avoids eating processed foods that are filled with unhealthy nutrients. Unhealthy fat can cause you health problems later on like high cholesterol. You should also avoid eating junk foods as tempting as they are. Junk foods will make you gain unhealthy weight and fat. It can also lead to heart problems, as they are filled with unsaturated fatty
