As a summary of our conversation, I am seeking a beef-chicken jerky as an inclusion ingredient for a current development. The ideal characteristic of the jerky should be the followings: • Withstand the shear process associated with extrusion. A beef jerky (see pictures), that I have used as a proof of concept, worked fine as it can withstand the extrusion process • Beef jerky will function as inclusions within the pet treat (see picture of treat) • The treat is structured with starches, dextrose and fiber and protein as palatant • The beef jerky we are using, as proof of concept, is muscle, but it could be
