The bed and breakfast will be operated by Lisa Breeze, who recognize that her most important job is to pamper her guests, allowing them to have an excellent stay. Built in the 1894, the three-story, bed and breakfast features 8 rooms, 3 suites all equipped with Wi-Fi, 12-foot ceilings, original hand-carved woodwork, and heart pine floors. Over the last three years they have become well known by the general population for their unique and distinct services that they offer to their guests in comparison to other traditional hotel and motel accommodations. The industry has seen an increase in occupancy levels from local residents looking to escape their everyday lives and an increase in vacationers and honeymooners looking to relax and explore new sceneries. • Competitors: Bed and Breakfasts face a lot of competition from other B&Bs and motels and hotels. Other B&Bs try to differentiate themselves within the market by personal service offerings and pampering their guest with different complimentary services. B&B guests are looking for an experience to meet need people and B&Bs offer them spend more time in shared rooms with other guests.
