Paul Walker died two years ago by a devastating car accident. His daughter, Meadow Walker, now sued Porsche, the automobile manufacturer who made his dad’s car, for an alleged multiple design flaws, which ignited the ride to burn.
According to CNN, the suit was filed on Monday by the 16-year-old teenager for “unspecified damages” of defects, which inflicted to the death of her father. "The bottom line is that the Porsche Carrera GT is a dangerous car. It doesn't belong on the street," Jeff Milan, the family’s lawyer, said in a statement.

The “Hours” protagonist died inside his 2005 Porsche Carrera GT drove by his friend, Roger Rodas, while he was seated in the passenger seat. The latter lost control, which resulted to crashed the car into a tree and got burned. Unfortunately, the two died on the mishap, as noted by Entertainment Weekly.
Meadow accused Porsche of “strict liability and negligence” adding that her dad’s auto “lacked safety features that could have prevented the accident or, at a minimum, allowed Paul Walker to survive the crash.”
