Shock waves went around the world when news spread that the ‘people’s princess’, Princess Diana of Wales had died. On August 31st, 1997, she was involved in a car crash and sustained serious injuries, passing away four hours after the collision. Official investigators concluded that it was an accident, caused by the driver’s alcohol levels, and pursuing paparazzi. In comparison, a conspiracy theory suggests that the crash was orchestrated by the British Secret Service, as ordered by the Monarchy. Part 1: Official Theory The official theory is that Princess Diana’s unexpected death was caused by her injuries that were sustained during the crash. On August 31st, 1997, Princess Diana and her partner Dodi Al-Fayed left the Ritz Hotel in a This conclusion was arrived at by the Royal Courts of Justice in London who after 23 hours produced the verdict that Henri’s ‘gross negligence’ contributed to the crash. Henri Paul was driving the couple whilst under the influence. This alcohol caused him to drive more erratically, and crash into the tunnel pillar. Witnesses say that Paul was drinking at the Ritz bar on the night of the crash. This was confirmed by bar receipts found after the crash. A medical expert concluded that Paul had had ten aperitifs, and was twice over the British driving limit of 80 milligrams of alcohol, and three times over the French one of 50 milligrams of alcohol when he drove the couple that night. French prosecutors say that his alcohol levels were between 1.73 g/L and 1.75 g/L (approximately 0.17% mass/vol.) at 12:25 am, following the crash. It has been estimated by investigators that the Mercedes-Benz crashed into the tunnel pillar driving at 105 km/h, over the speed limit of 50km/h. This was more than double the speed limit. The official verdict was that the crash was in equal part by Henri Paul’s drunkenness and the pursuing
After sifting through the evidence, the culprit of the accident can be determined. The accident occurred on 7:45 AM on the date of September 11, 2001. At at stoplight, four cars were stopped, but a car accident occurred. Based on prior evidence from other cases, the back car is usually the culprit. Dr. Otto Mobile’s interview shows that he was not in a rush, going to lecturing a class, and he was behind a dancing woman, presumably dancing to music. Also, Ken Notstop was not in a rush as well and he was part of a tree business. Following Ken, Kelly Sion was interviewed, showing that she had a song stuck in her head. Due to the fact she wanted to exercise before she was supposed to open the gym, she was in a rush.. Anita Newcar was in a rush due to the fact that she was already late to work, and she was behind a car with trees and a nest on the back. Due to the fact that Kelly had a song stuck in her head, she could’ve been the woman dancing in a car that Dr. Otto Mobile mentioned, showing that she was in front of Otto. Because Ken was the only person
The autopsy reported that JonBenet's official cause of death was asphyxiation and had other injuries involved with that.
Her husband’s bandmate said that he started acting strange and then suddenly died on Easter. Since he wasn’t the healthiest, family and friends believed it could have been a heart attack. Diane quickly cremated him and then spread his ashes. Shortly after her husband’s death, her son was found dead in his room. He was autistic and had a history of seizures, so his death was blamed on a seizure.

When Dr. Greenson and Marilyn’s housekeeper broke into Marilyn’s room they both claimed it happened around midnight to one in the morning. The cops showed up to the crime scene around 4:15 the morning of August 5th. This gives both the psychiatrist and the housekeeper time to stage her whole entire death as a suicide. To continue with the small theories about Marilyn’s death, Marilyn Monroe had a significant past with drug abuse. Marilyn was prescribed Barbiturate to help with relaxation and sleeping, this later was confirmed to be her cause of death, a Barbiturate overdose. Although, no actual traces of Barbiturate was found in her stomach or her blood stream even though there was a bottle on her bed stand
Medical negligence was the last conspiracy theory of what happened to Marilyn Monroe. Was the medical negligence premeditated?
The theories in which I base my decision on are res ipsa loquitor and negligence per se. Res ipsa loquitor means that “it creates a presumption that the defendant was negligent because he or she was in exclusive control of the situation and that the plaintiff would not have suffered an Injury”. Negligence per se means “an act of the defendant that violates a statute regulation or ordinance can be used to establish a breach of the duty of due care” (Mayer et al,. 2014, p. 163). Therefore, the injuries of the Prius driver and the people at the train station, I believe that George is at fault of negligence, because of negligence, carelessness and is foreseeable. Now as for the sparks from the wiring caught that lead to the other chain of events. I feel that George should not be held accountable for negligence, because it was unforeseeable. He could not prevent that it can cause a barn to explode and setting forth a series of

Many people have researched into this. They have uncovered unbelievable facts and have developed extremely intriguing theories. Theories which get even professionals to rethink their opinions on his death actually happening.Even the most skeptical people have changed their opinions. I am not writing this essay to change people opinions. I am writing this essay to bring out all of the facts and theories. By doing this I can perhaps bring people to see what can be a monstrous coincidence or the greatest scam I have ever heard of in my life.
In America, people become completely devoted to pop culture and its innovators. Because of this common obsession, the death of a Hollywood star often shakes up the country, and sometimes, the world. but we believe the authorities' reports in this case clearly established that this tragic crash resulted from reckless driving and excessive speed," the Cable News Network reported. Many people remember Princess Diana for her very fragile and loving nature, however during an interview with BBC, she often remarks “I am a very strong person,” an ironic statement for someone whose life was full of challenges and disappointments (Elliot& Pederson, 1995, p.62). Beginning with her birth on July 1, 1961 to aristocratic parents Viscount and Viscountess Johnnie and Frances Althorp, Princess Diana (then Diana Frances Spencer) believed she was a disappointment to her parents because she was not born a baby boy, the desired heir to the Spencer estate. Feelings of disappointment continued for Diana during her parent’s divorce at the age of six and her father’s second marriage to Raine (a woman she despised) when she was 16. Shortly after her father’s marriage to Raine, Diana failed her “O-levels” (or college placement tests), and was sent to a Swiss finishing school to develop her passion for skiing rather than focus on academics. It was based on this new sense of freedom that caused Diana to exhibit problematic behaviors, such as relentless stubbornness and lying, as well as early symptoms of an eating disorder (Elliot & Pederson, 1995). Thus, it is the purpose of this paper to examine how the events of Diana’s life in conjunction with psychological components contributed to her development of bulimia nervosa.
