Stealth bombers are fighter planes capable of achieving under the radar capabilities like stealth coating and the ability to fully cloak it self. These fighter planes are becoming more and more present in today's time and it has brought much concern to militaries around the world. Stealth bombers can be used for a majority of things, from undercover surveillance and surprise attacks on specified targets. It’s unbelievable what humanity was able to accomplish with such a deadly war machine capable of destroying anything at anytime, fast, deadly, and stealthy.
One of the first Stealth Bombers was used by the Americans during the cold war to have high tech surveillance while being unseen by Russian air radar. The first stealth bomber to see use was the B-2 Spirit bomber. The Northrop (later Northrop Grumman) B-2 Spirit, also known as the

Nobody wants their enemies obtaining such deadly pieces of machinery but they’re all for getting them into our arsenal. It’s a very awkward situation and has caused some debate between countries with bad relations or uneasy ones. Should countries be allowed to obtain/ acquire stealth bombers and use them in the means of war? There isn’t much to stop countries from doing so besides another country making a treaty or coming to an agreement. If more countries were able to stock up on stealth bombers and were able to keep them unidentified, this can cause some serious trouble for everybody. They could use this stealth plane for a wide variety of uses but the main use of course is to attack targets by coming in undetected and bombing them. These bombs could be anywhere from nuclear to non-nuclear missiles and they also have cannons that are able to be fired by the pilot/gunner freely. The Stealth bomber is a very deadly machine and had caused some major issues in the past and will continue to do so until it has been properly dealt
For as long as most of the world can remember aviation has played a major factor in how wars are fought. Starting in World War I the worlds fighting forces began using aircraft to conduct surveillance missions over enemy territory. While these aircraft were not the masters of stealth that todays aircraft are there was no technology to take down these planes at the time. Air-to-air combat was an event that rarely happened and was almost never effective.
...et. If a bomb hit anywhere near a target, it was good luck over anything else. Towards the end of the war, aircraft that would be recognized as long-range bombers had been created. More larger than fighters, and way less maneuverable, their task was simple to carry toward a target as many bombs necessary and to drop them on the certain target with a degree of accuracy. The Germans had produced the Gotha bomber while the British had developed the Handley Page bomber. Even though the deliberate targeting of civilians wasn't a new military tactic, bombers made an aerial attack possible. Airplanes could also attack even a nation’s means of war production, mostly factories. Such an idea would have been impossible in 1914, but by 1918, it was a reality.
Germany developed a 'night fighter' force to counteract the bomber fleet. They were equipped with an on board radar, which enabled them to locate the bombers in the darkness. The German industry was sub-divided in an attempt to minimise the effectiveness of bombing raids.
Bombers have been around since the start of the 20th century during World War I. However, strategic bombings became more popular and used form World War II on. The bomber plane had evolved since World War I. Many bomber planes that were bi-planes, meaning the plane had two main wings on both sides instead of one. They also used dual engines. The Germans, however, used the zeppelins which were big targets for fighter planes and the design was not continued after the war.
At the height of the Cold War, Northrop Grumman wanted to develop what was to be the most advanced bomber ever to be conceived by any country. The B-2 Spirit was first to be developed in order to replace the force of aging B-52 Stratofortresses that have been in service since the early 1950s. Along with the B-1 Lancer, a low level, supersonic, nuclear strike bomber; The B-2 was first thought out to be a challenge to the Russian Tu-60 Blackjack.
“All these memories will be lost, in time, like tears in the rain” the end of one of “the most moving death soliloquies in cinematic history” the replicant Roy Batty explains to his would be killer that everything in his life(Mark Rowlands Philosopher at the end of the Universe 234-235). This is one of the most telling speeches of the replicant Roy Batty in his search for himself. Throughout this semester, in the study for the self, one question has endured, whether each person has a built-in, authentic self, each person strives to identify, or whether each person is “free” to develop their self through their own personal experiences. Both sides to the question have evidence to support their beliefs about the self in every human, and whether it is one consistent self, or it
In the years WW2 was being fought plane designs progressed in leaps and bounds. From the old and obsolete designs of biplanes and triplanes the planes turned into worlds first Jet fighter, from ugly twin engine
In “The Most Dangerous Game” by Richard Connell, Zaroff is a hunter that lives on an island in the middle of nowhere. Zaroff demonstrates that he is rich, smart, and confident.
...s means the drone is capable of attacking anything and anywhere at any time. The drone is able to patrol areas in Afghanistan and when a threat is identified it can either send in a combat drone or if the combat drone is already on patrol it is able to eliminate the target. The drone is equipped with hellfire missiles that is an air to surface missile that can decimate any land target. (E-IR) Examples of the Strategic Stealth Tactical Striking is in February 7th, 2002, when the CIA used a Predator drone to attack a convoy of SUV’s full of al Qaeda terrorists. Another Example is November 3, 2002, The CIA used a predator Drone to fire a hellfire missile into a car killing an al Qaeda leader. Both these attacks aren’t capable of being carried out without risking many lives but thanks to the drone we are able to carry out such task without the potential of an injury.
It’s a beautiful sunny morning, on a tropical island that everyone would love to take a vacation at. It’s approximately 6:00 am, December 7, 1941, when a first group of 181 kamikaze planes attacked; targeting key naval bases stationed at Hawaii; a sustained crippling of U.S. naval forces for about 6 months. The death toll was 2,500. Out of the 9 battleships, 8 were heavily damaged by the assault on Pearl Harbor and out of the 8, three were unrepairable, USS Arizona, USS Oklahoma, and the USS Utah. 160 aircrafts were put out of commission, and nearly 130 were heavily damaged. This was the first incident in which there was an act of war, committed on U.S. soil, outside of the American Revolution and the Civil War. The world was at war, and the U.S. remained neutral until now. Before the attack, the U.S. was in great debate whether to enter the war or to stay out of it. The act of war forced the U.S. into the War and triggered a controversial debate in whether to retaliate against Japan with the use of nuclear arms.
On September 11, 2001 the world stopped for a moment as two planes flew into the white house. The Pentagon was also hit that day, and a hero saved a plane that was supposed to hit the White House. Americans all over the country were in shock, some knew their loved ones were in the Twin Towers, and hoped that some could make it out alive. Some did, many didn’t, so many precious lives were taken away from innocent humans who thought it was just going to be a normal day at the office. Children are growing up without fathers and mothers, who they will never meet. Whoever did this, needs to be put away, or killed. The man who planned it, Osama Bin Laden was killed on May 2, 2011, 10 years after the terror attacks on the World Trade center that killed many Americans, innocent Americans. Osama bin Laden’s killing was just, and he deserved what he got, there is no doubt in my mind he got what he deserved.
The Lockheed Martin F-22a Raptor fighter jet is the pinnacle of modern stealth technology. Featuring the absolute latest in radar absorbent covering and aircraft design, this plane not only defies, but also laughs at enemy attempts to spot it, showing up as a blip the same size as a marble would on radar. Throughout the ages, it has not been he with the bigger stick who won the war, but he with the stick that could not be seen. Stealth technology and camouflage have been an integral part of warfare from when man first waged war, but how have advances from ancient technology led us to what we have today? Evolving from hiding in a bush to the Japanese Ninja’s ability to simply disappear in the surroundings to modern military camouflage dress to the F-22 and beyond, the ability to conceal oneself from the enemy is an observable advantage in wars throughout history. However, what technologies led us to what now exist? Who first discovered how it works, who was the first to use it, and how indeed does modern stealth technology work? How has camouflage come to make it so that soldiers and vehicles can simply disappear? For everyone from assassins to military members, the ability to go unseen is a valuable technology with a long history.
Though the bombing of Japan wouldn’t have been possible without aircraft. Aircraft was crucial throughout the war for bringing goods to soldiers and also fighting. One important plane was the Bell P-39 Aircrobia. It was one of the principal American fighter aircraft in service when the United States entered World ...
9/11 was one of the darkest days in America, but some say the government could have been part of these attacks. For many years people have debated about the 9/11 cover up. This theory cannot explain why the government would do this. Once people understand why the 9/11 cover up is fake, they will begin to see the answer to their problem, could the government have done this? This conspiracy theory is wrong because, terrorists admitted to the attacks, so many people died, and there's no evidence against the government.
With stealth technology, many new and extremely effective aircraft have been developed for air warfare. One of the very first stealth aircrafts was developed for Operation Dessert Storm. This stealth fighter jet was the F-117A. The U.S. sent out 43 of these jets, and all of them returned and with not as much as a scratch on them. During Dessert Storm, the F-117A pr...
