Lazar’s story. It was found that Lazar would have been hired at Area 51 with no qualifications. Lazar claimed he started work the day after his final interview and that he received a security clearance of more than thirty-eight levels, when clearance usually took twelve to eighteen months. He also claimed that on his first day of work he was given a 100 page document on Area 51 alien research. (Cameron,1). There could be no way any man could receive this type of clearance within a day, at one of the most top-secret facilities known to man. One can also infer that an employee at a top-secret facility would most likely not get a report on the secret activities on site their first day of work. The only way this could remotely happen is if the …show more content…
facility had designed a pen with the same capabilities as the one in the Men in Black movie. It is safe to say the Lazer may have simply been another deranged alien believer out to spook the world, and he almost succeeded. Throughout the years numerous sighting of alien aircrafts over Area 51 have been reported, but more than half of all UFO sightings have been accounted for by manned reconnaissance flights.(“Area 51 facts and Secrets”. 1). The speed, and altitude capabilities as well as the design of Area 51 aircrafts cause wandering eyes to believe they have seen an alien spaceship. Since many believed Aliens were hidden at Area 51, NASA boss Major Charles Frank Bolden Jr. visited the sight and stated he did not witness any extraterrestrial life while visiting. He said there were secret testing labs but the intended purpose was not in any relation to aliens. Bolden claimed to find extraterrestrials, individuals would have to look further from home. (Hewett, 2). Though many UFOlogists still believe Area 51 activities include experimenting on extraterrestrials and spaceships.(Staff, 1). Many the claims revolving around area 51 have been proven false, and no claims have been found to be true. Williams 7 Declassified documentation on the U-2 development was released in the summer of 2013. This documentation also included history of other projects constructed at Area 51.
Later in October the National Security Archive released a series of documents focused directly on Area 51. These documents include projects names, programs, the names of those involved and a few incidents during the project experiments. As of today there are at least 60 documents divulging some of the secrets held at Area 51. In document six there is a discussion between E.H Knoche, Deputy Director of the CIA and General David C. Jones, Chief of staff U.S Air Force. The two discuss the CIA’s involvement at Area 51 and weather they are needed any longer. They both come to the conclusion that the Air Force should have the responsibility over the area and continue with research. Document 6 also discusses the Have Glib foreign radar system threat, which is the largest defense department project at Area 51. Document seven states that Knoche, and Jones decide that the manuel detachment 3 of Air Force security police would be responsible for Area 51 security. Document ten is Ufimtsev’s 1962 experiments information translated by Air Force Tech Division which provides both theoretical and mathematical basics for the F-117 aircraft project. Document eleven was written by the head of the Lockheed company, and includes mathematical figurations on the U-2, and OXCART. Both of these documents serve to provide the process behind development of the first spy crafts created at Area 51. Documents ten through fourteen cover the stealth fundamentals at the base. Document twelve is a report of research performed by Teledyne Ryan under Air Force contract on low radar cross section aerial vehicles and results. Thirteen discusses the importance of Teledyne’s research on the radar cross section of aircraft of the design of different regions of the vehicle including the nose, and tail. Document fourteen is a briefing book of five tabs about the value of evolving the
stealth Williams 8 aircrafts. Documents fifteen through thirty-seven discuss the F-117 operations. Fifteen is a report of a fatal crash on July 11, 1986. The qualifications of the crew, history of prior flights, the mission being done, the flight and the rescue are all reported in this document. Seventeen is a two page introduction followed by a thirty-two page chronology of F-117A information related to operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Thirty-eight through forty four details information on the soviets and stealth tactics used to get behind the iron curtain. Forty five through fifty two is CIA stealth efforts such as the amount of clearances need for the CIA to carry out Area 51 operations. Document fifty is a 310 page report by the foreign technology division detailing results of the MiG-21 obtained from Israel. Fifty three through sixty is over the odds and ends. These last few documents include fact sheets over most of the stealth aircrafts at Area 51 as well as the purposes of each program. This documentation basically informs the reader of nearly all activities at Area 51. The math, and research as well as the work that had to be put in to produce such elaborate aircrafts kept Area 51 workers busy. Area 51 doors have been open for so long due to employees continuing to better technology for U.S well-being. If Area 51 was a base full of alien experiments, there would be no time to do the amount of work required for these stealth planes. It takes years to understand and create a plane of human creation, one could not possibly fathom the amount of time it would take to decipher the technology of an alien species or even examine an alien life form. These documents give every fact and detail one needs to know about Area 51. Many conspiracy theorists will be upset after reading the released documents only to find Area 51 is not housing any extraterrestrials or spaceships. (Richelson, 1-36) Though the information above may only be a small portion of all of the evidence, any Williams 9 individual with a sane mind would agree that Area 51 is certainly not experimenting with aliens or their technology. Every American has learned of the U-2 spy plane in their history books, now America knows where this spy plane was developed. It is more believable for the purpose of Area 51 to be spy planes rather than performing alien autopsies and reverse engineering alien technology. With many claims of Alien sightings around Area 51 it was difficult to figure out if the alien stories were true or false. The stealth aircraft test flights account for most of the alien sighting thus proving them to be false, the recently released documents can also debunk those claims. “After documents were declassified and released to the nation Jeffrey Richelson, a senior fellow of the George Washington University’s National Security Archive, said the new documents seemed to suggest the CIA was becoming less secretive about Area 51’s existence.”(Gray, 2). Maybe one day Americans can hope for the CIA to open the doors of Area 51 for tours. Area 51 may not be as remarkable as some individuals would like to make it, but the effort put into the stealth spy planes is certainly enough to keep the public's attention. Though the alien craze may still not be over, anyone willing to read the actual evidence will find the truth. Debunked claims, declassified documentation, and detailed information on area 51 projects suggests it is merely a military base used for the testing of surveillance aircrafts, proving many alien conspiracy theories invalid.

The Section 504 Rehabilitation Act of 1973 was designed to meet the needs of students with disabilities and who do not fall under or qualify for special education services. For example, a student that is perfectly capable of meeting all curricular requirements on assessments and assignments but cannot hear very well will fall under the 504 act. They will not necessarily meet the special education qualifications of the IDEA. Therefore, they will not be classified as special education students and will not receive the same services as special education students, even though they need modifications and accommodations to ensure their overall success. A major curricular impact of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 is that all educators are legally required to provide students that meet the requirements to be qualified or classified as a 504 student with the same course of study as general educations students without making changes to their course work. Educators do this by way of allowing additional time on assignments and assessments. They also do this by changing the environment or method of lesson delivery to said students if and when necessary to ensure
The “pentagon papers”, officially titled: Report of the Office of the Secretary of Defense Vietnam Task Force, was a U.S. government study commissioned, by Secretary of Defense Robert S. McNamara, in 1967. [Robert McNamara served under both John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson.] The study traced the United States involvement in Vietnam from World War II to the present. The papers were highly confidential and compiled by many sources. Groups, such as the military, universities, and private organizations, worked on portions of the study. The joint efforts created a 47-volume study; only 38 of the 47 volumes were physically produced. One of the groups which had worked on the study was RAND Corporation. An employee of Rand Corporation, Daniel Ellsberg, used his clearance to gain access to a printed copy of the Pentagon Papers. Ellsberg then began secretly removing and copying volumes o...

With the launch of Sputnik in 1957 the U.S. became aware of the growing threat to National Security and Intelligence. In February 1958, by order of President Dwight D. Eisenhower, Advanced Research Project Agency (ARPA), a division of the Department of Defense (DoD) was established. Then on February 7, 1958 DoD Directive 5105.15 was signed (Darpa web site, 2014). Its primary purpose was to maintain U.S technological superiority over potential adversaries and to develop new technology for the United States military (Mallia, 2013). With ARPAs increased responsibilities and fast pace environment the agency need a better way to stay connected and share “packets” of information. The agency started to experiment with inter-office connections. In late 1969 those efforts paid off and the first “Advanced Research Projects ...

THEA 101: Karson has reached the highest number of absences that would not be penalized. She said that she most probably has missed 5 class-sessions. I explained Karson that attendance is the most important part of her final grade. Her instructor is going to penalize every absence after the 3rd missing class. I explained to Karson that more than 8 absences would result in an F grade for the class. During this weekend, Karson needs to prepare for her Quiz # 3; it is going to be given on Monday, April 9th.

... In a briefing held Sept. 15, 2001, George Tenet presented the Worldwide Attack Matrix, a "top-secret" document describing covert CIA anti-terror operations in 80 countries in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. The actions, underway or being recommended, would range from "routine propaganda to lethal covert action in preparation for military attacks". The plans, if carried out, "would give the CIA the broadest and most lethal authority in its history".
Area 51 has many names, the official name is Air Force Flight Test Center or AFFTC for short. The government has tried their best to hide this place. No one is really sure what they could be doing there. The public is not sure what types of things Area 51 is testing. The mystery of Area 51 can be summed up in two theories: aliens and secret experimental aircraft testing.

In 1971 the New York Times and Washington Post had to make a decision to print illegally leaked, classified documents about the American involvement in the Vietnam War. The debate had begun by a man by the name of Daniel Ellsberg who had managed to copy over 7000 pages of highly classified documents. The documents contained and revealed the secret history of the government's true involvement in the Vietnam War. Furthermore, these extremely confidential documents exposed that the government had hidden knowledge that the Vietnam war had cost more lives than what the public was led to believe. All of the classified information would later come to be known as the "Pentagon Papers."
It was a badly kept secret. It allowed the many imaginations of conspiracy theorists to wander on. Tons of UFO hunters also want to check out Area 51. Major Bolden said, “There is an Area 51,” he said. “It’s not what many people think. I’ve been to a place called that but it’s a normal research and development place. I never saw any aliens or alien spacecraft or anything when I was there.” (Knapton.) The craziest theories about aliens at Area 51 said that not only were the aliens here on Earth but that they are running the whole thing. Apparently, the U.S. government has “agreed” to let the aliens to abduct people at their will and test on these citizens.
Nowadays, Acme Widget Company’s products are not competitive on the market. The marketing department decided to solve this issue by making a weekly advertisement on different media. Later on, the public relation department finds out that some of the customers started complaining saying that products do not meet the quality that was said in advertisement. As chief direct of Public relations in the company, you want to decide on what to tell the customers.
The creation of Area 51 began in April of 1955, when a Lockheed test pilot, Tony LeVier, searched for a remote site to test the U-2. Grooms Lake is chosen as the location for the runway. By August of 1955, the U-2 makes its first flight from Grooms Lake. That was only the beginning for test flights from Area 51. In April 1962, the first A-12 Blackbird was tested at Groom Lake. February 1982, the F-117A Stealth fighter takes off for the first time. All other test flights have not been released to the public, but that doesn't mean they don't occur. However, they are, in no way, shape or form, alien test flights. Nearly all of the evidence that supports the alien spacecraft theory, is without backing, or solid information. Also, the US government played on the UFO theories to hide their own testing plans. Today, Area 51 is the home to the latest top secret aircraft: the Aurora, among others Many of these aircraft, past and present, are able to perform incredible feats in the sky. Some so unbelievable, that they could be mistaken for alien spacecraft by fanatics of extra-terrestrials. However, based on the falsified eye-witness accounts of Area 51, and declassification of military spy planes like the U-2 and F-117A Stealth fighter, I am here to tell you that these flights are not alien crafts, but actually secret military aircraft.
