VN Interview is a new business dealing in job interview soft skills training. The main purpose of this chapter was to analyze business model implementation business plan to deliver value added products to target customers. Business model canvas is defined as the rationale of how a enterprise creates, delivers, and captures value in the forms of nine building blocks.

According to Osterwalder (2010), the theory of business model is a guidance to create profitable business. Profitable business is a result of mission, vision, and goals clarity implemented in nine building blocks business model canvas. VN Interview vision articulation is “to become worldwide company which improves youngster soft skills which needed in business environment.” This vision has already answered the criterion of good vision. The criterions of good vision are focus on the future, concrete foundation for the organization and communicate that the business is special and different than the others (Collins & Porras, 1996). Job Interview Gold Training; Gold training curriculums are job interview simulation, present yourself professionally, VN mind -set learning, advance communication technique, advance negotiation technique, communication in curriculum vitae and frequently asked question in interview. The daily duration of the training is five hours which taken in four times a month.
4. Channel
Basic channel which utilized by VN Interview are communication and transaction channels from company to the customers. At the moment, VN Interview chooses to use its own channels rather than partner’s channels. The examples of channel are office, print advertising, Internet, and mobile phone. The discussion about channels utilized in VN Interview described as follows:

Finally, the interview is an important source of information about the candidate. It can be unstructured, wherein the interviewer is free to pursue whatever approach and sequence of topics that might seem appropriate or structured where each candidate receives the same set of questions, which have pre-established answers. NG seems to favor a mix of both approaches. This gives the Human Resource manager the most relevant information for making a knowledgeable decision about which candidate will fulfill the needs of the organization.
Interviewing is a procedure which recounts to a controlled situation in which one person asks a chain of questions to another person, relating to a specific field (Sommers-Flanagan and Sommers-Flanagan, 2008, p. 18). Interviews are very popular among most individuals especially researchers and scholars as they attempt to obtain information and data from an interviewee. However, there are many factors that influence the interview and which determines its success or failure. Often, the interviewer takes charge of the situation, and they have the sole responsibility of asking the questions while the interviewee provides an explanation or an answer to the question asked. As a result, an interview can be defined as a consultation or a discussion in person through which information and data are exchanged regarding a particular phenomenon event with the intention of establishing the interviewee’s position. The employment interview has been the key element used for determining a candidates’ worthiness in filling an open position. Organizations rely on employment interviews as a way to predict the future job performance and work-related personality traits of interviewees. Over the years validity of the employment interview has been under scrutiny, so it is no wonder that is has been the topic of many research papers. The definition of the employment interview is “a personally interactive process of one or more people asking questions orally to another person and evaluating the answers for the purpose of determining the qualifications of that person in order to make employment decisions” (Levashina, Hartwell, Morgeson, and Campion 2013, p. 243).
Before discussing the business model of Takeda, it is essential to understand the concept of the term ‘business model’, and develop a framework with key components for analysis. This term first showed up in 1975 (Ghaziana and Ventresca, 2005), and after that year, many scholars, consultants, and other business institutions added various kinds of ideas and methods to explore and interpret the concept of ‘business model’. Some indicate that what business model provide is the construct mediating the value creation process between the technical inputs and economic outputs (Chesbrough and Rosenbloom, 2002), whereas other perceive business model as a system that is made up of components, linkages between the components, and dynamics (Afuah and Tucci, 2000).
The qualitative interview offers researcher an opportunity to convey a conversational situation to discover the participants’ personal experience from the interviewer’s perspective and expressed in their own words. According to Seidman (2006), the interviewing conversations conducted in a qualitative research are based on the interaction between the interviewers and interviewees thereby generating/collecting effective research data. Kvale (1996) also states that interview just reflects another form of social interaction that relies on interviewee’s personal status and characteristics. He suggests such personal elements are potentially to affect the generated data and data analysis. Hence, it is essential for the interviewers to structure purposive conversations that are able to guide the interviewees to answer the questions in depth from the expected perspectives.
Sattar Bush unknowingly used a few of the building blocks of “The Business model Canvas”. For instance, they emphasized on their team and finding the right people for the right jobs as you can’t do everything yourself. Which is essentially the building block “key partners”.

When not utilizing the right type of model for the organization, the model will be misused and distorted (Magretta, 2002).
