Entrepreneurs in the market usually follow consultative style of leadership but Rahul Bajaj do not believe in delegation of decision making authority. This is unique because it result in timely decisions and consistency is also ensured. He has good motivational skills and believe in team working and motivate employees also to give their best to the organization. Personal characteristics and traits The characteristics that are responsible for success of Rahul Bajaj in the market consist of his business acumen, his spirit to take risks and his tenacity to work hard despite failures. Sometimes it result in blocks also for him as he work on his own gut feeling but as he has good knowledge of market, he is able to overcome all the hurdles in his way.
