Technological factors are highly focused on technological advancements , it includes : communication , innovation , development , research , energy and patent regulations , it’s also the technological shifts will affect quality , costs and lead to innovation . Technical and technological system in Bahrain is very sophisticated, nowadays , everyone in all countries use the internet and they feel that the technology is the most important thing in their life , it`s useful in many areas like for example in the provision of jobs , payment online and read the latest news , also the internet helps people , especially students in research and do the reports and activities , so Arab Open University has benefited from this factor in their interest , its depend on technology in the development of its business and its activities like its applied online register , exams and paid so their student can easily register the material and paid whatever they want , also Arab Open university establishes websites called LMS and SIS , so students can see the schedule of midterm and final exams , study and print the slides that its help …show more content…
The condition of the economy is highly associated with the buying poison of customers , in the economic , factors such as international trade , saving , entrepreneurship , interest rate , taxes , availability of jobs , inflation and subsidies are considered . As the average income of the individuals in Bahrain is few and the economic level of Bahrain is not very high , So Arab Open University is a non-profit university , its development project and it made it easier for individuals with limited income owner registration at the university due to the low process of materials compared to other private university . Also by virtue of that the university has many other branches in many countries , this thing proves its economy and served it as the financing is possible to get it out of the branch of Bahrain
Technology, one of the fastest growing industry in the world right now, it is also a characteristic that define how well and smart a country is. Simply because the ability and potential to accomplish great things that make technology really important, all this is proved through the fact that technology change the way people do things in every major, from nursing to even heavy manufacturing in factory. And there is no different in school, technology is used in student every day’s life, the most common device that every school have is computer. Computer is a powerful device that change the way student study completely, it make study more interesting, easy to understand and also allow students to do more things with their creativity.
Environmental – External environmental factors are forces or trends that can affect a business whether it is an opportunity, threat, or constraint. They can be divided into three interrelated subcategories of remote, industry, and operating environments. The remote environment includes factors beyond a company’s operating situation such as the economic, social, political, technological, and ecological factors. The industry environment includes factors that have more of a direct influence on a company’s business such as entry barriers, competitor rivalry, the availability of substitutes, and the bargaining power of buyers and suppliers.
In my opinion, the development of the educational system is the foundation to renaissance Iraq. If you were in the position of the Ministry of Education, I would provided an iPad for each student .I would cooperate with some companies to provide fast Internet and free in all universities , and I would worked on the scholarship programs to make students get to know the recent important developments technology in the Western world .

According to John Fordyce Markey, “Social Phenomena is considered as including all behavior which influences or is influenced by organisms sufficiently alive to respond to one another. This includes influences from past generations.” In other words, a topic becomes a phenomenon when it influences society to change because of it. The use of drugs in sports is a phenomenon because it alters the way people view the use of drugs both positively and negatively.
Organizational Change "The effectiveness of organizational change is greatest when a firm’s strategy is consistent with environmental conditions and there is internal consistency." (D A Nadler, 2003:204) The only thing that is constant in this world is change and this is widely acknowledged by many in the world, may it be a corporation or a social forum or a governmental body. What comes in this world has to experience change in the light of environmental elements and pressures and influences, internal or external. The study of organizational behavior gives that environmental factors are the political, legal, economic, demographic, technological, social and societal. While these are the external environmental factors that are and cannot be counted among the controllable factors for an organization, they do in fact influence organizational structure, policies and strategies. In turn, the internal environment of the organization, that is very much controlled by the management of the organization and comprises of the top to bottom managerial levels, the staff, the employees, the board of directors, the owners etc. this internal environment, is to a great extent the result of external environmental factors, the change of which results in the direct impact on the internal environment of the organization.
