Belle, a shy dog, was adopted by her owners and returned a few days later. She was trained by the treatment team, and acted like a different dog.
Belle was adopted during a couple day, community adoption event. Belle's owners had no choice but to return her a couple days later, unfortunately. Belle was a very shy dog, especially when her owners adopted her. All she would do was just tremble and sit. Belle began to show signs of tentative and social behavior, because she got scared over unusual sounds in her kennel. The whole treatment team tried to work with Belle. They were really impressed when she came right to them.
After that the entire treatment team worked with her (Rehab Coordinators, Counselors, and Enrichment Coordinator). Belle …show more content…

The ASPCA offers several different types of programs. Animal Health Services Group, ASPCA Animal Hospital, ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center, and The Mobile Spay/Neuter Clinics to name a few. In other words, the ASPCA is doing a lot to help out animals. In order to participate or volunteer in one of these programs, you must meet these two requirements. Be at least 16 years of age, and you must be able to devote to a minimum of eight hours of service per month at a minimum of 6 months.
