If I can turn back in time, I would advise my young self to join the Kaiser Permanente volunteering program sooner and to skip the small conversations in meetings. Those talks may seem necessary for the first few times, but this communication method can become meaningless since people do not interact on a personal level. Joining the program had supported me by allowing me to associate with various friends through teamwork and encouraged me to thrive beyond my comfort zone.
You did an awesome work, I heard. We have monthly meetings, where we talk about the latest news in the nursing world, policy and procedure, quality improvement and many more issues. What I really enjoy about the meeting is that everyone can address his/her concerns without feeling afraid and intimidated. The meeting led by a registered nurse who is familiar with our day to day situation at work.
During, my visit at your facility I had such a great experience and one in particular with Nurse Dianne Cooper. I'm a returning patient to the Piedmont Physician's office and I left a few years ago due to the awful customer service at your other location. Dianne, was not only professional but kind and informative. She was very attentive , patient and just exemplified what someone in the healthcare profession should. I was so impressed with her I asked the front office if there was anyway to leave a patient review for outstanding service.

Brand Name: Our strong brand name is a major strength of Kaiser Permanente. Although we have do not have many established markets throughout the Southeast, customers, consumers, providers, regulators, and insurers would still recognize the value of Kaiser Permanente. Good afternoon, let me just start by saying that the kindness, support, friendship, and love extended to me and my family during this difficult time has really touched my heart- we are sincerely appreciative!
I have always enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and challenges. I recall the first patient that I interviewed. She was a middle aged woman complaining of chest pain. My mind flowed from one question to the next as I realized that although a cardiac origin was most worrisome, I also had to consider other possible etiologies. This was my first encounter with the thrill that medicine brings. The ability to peruse the knowledge we have so that we can help our patients is nothing short of impressive. When this is merged with my strong communication skills along with the ability to build lasting relationships, one can see how Family Medicine becomes a perfect place for my skills set.
