Data mining is the method of discovering and understanding the models and patterns of large amount of data, while bioinformatics discusses the science of storing, analyzing and making use of basic information from biological data inclusive of sequences, gene expression, and molecules (Zaki, Karypis, & Yang, 2007), the below key points were taken into consideration for this proposal;
1. Establishing an in-depth understanding of how huge data are being analyzed by bioinformatics.
2. Developing a precise method for discovering a motif in biosequences.
3. Establishment of novel data mining methods in interpreting data
4. In short, provide a precise pattern on how to extract information from a data set and transform it into an understandable …show more content…

As a bioinformatician, understanding and handling these complex processes will be of great importance.
Currently, there are numerous challenges in dealing with biological data, but with the aid of a precise method to be developing through an in-depth understanding of the problems; a better and accurate solution can be achieved in the near future.
I will be very glad in meeting up with my objectives which will enable me to be well suited as a bioinformatician. On the other hand, its ability to analyze biological specimens from healthy and diseased organisms is a plus.
With the help of smart algorithms and machine intelligence, computational biologists can provide the best quality of healthcare through problem-solving and decision-making systems.

SUBJECT AND SCOPE
As computational biology and bioinformatics work closely in improving the healthcare system through the analysis of biological data, this proposal is certain to cover basic medical issues. With a clear pattern of data collection and analysis skills, a great improvement can be achieved in the heath sector. Bioinformatics data bases like ZINC and the OTAVA Library will be looked
