The first thing that was displayed on the screen that read Bryan's thoughts was a strange place. It seemed blurry at first, but the image cleared up as he thought more profoundly of the memory. It showed a strange place that seemed a bit too violent for humans to inhabit it, which meant it had to be an abstract memory or a different dimension. Wendy knew about alternate dimensions because she had studied about them in college. She knew right away that it looked a bit too... fiery for human life to flourish on here. "Where exactly is this place, Bryan?" she asked the child, sitting on the floor with a huge helmet that did not allow him to see clearly on his head. The toddler placed subtitles underneath the images and videos being shown on …show more content…
I heard of a disturbance in demonic respect and I picked it up from this specific area. So... HOW DARE YOU DISRESPECT THE GREAT DEMON KING SIRZECHS?" bellowed the slim man, with giant flames emerging from his red-ish eyeballs. The humans backed up while on the floor, and pressed their backs up against the elevator door, all whilst showing fear in their faces. "Please, Mr. Demon King, sir, don't kill us." begged Wendy, while trying to speak over William's yells of fright and terror. "We are terribly sorry that we disrespected you and your kingdom. Please spare us our lives, and we will do as you wish." "No, silly humans, I'm not here to kill you, I just get summoned every time someone makes a rude comment about hell or myself or my people. However, I did overhear earlier that you hold under your care a small demon born child, and I cannot allow that. The only way to keep him, however, is to adopt him, and the only way to do that is to have a pair of conjoined souls do so. In other words, only a married couple can adopt the demonic child." Wendy and William look at each other, tear-driven from earlier, and decide to think about it. William slightly nods. "Very well, then." says the demon king, and decides to teleport them out of the elevator in which they have been confined in for such a long period of …show more content…
Wendy, are you in here?" he yells across the giant living room. Still, no response. He runs upstairs and barges into her room, the master bedroom. No one there. He checks, double checks, and triple checks every room in the house, but still no signs of his future wife. Then, as he starts to get a panic attack, he notices a small slip of paper tucked underneath her pillow. He peeks under it, only to reveal an envelope. He opens it up, reads it through hyperventilated bursts of air, and realizes that Wendy had already taken the portal that Sirzechs left her and took off to hell. He has no other option but to wait there, sit on her bed, and wait for her

Everyone who was once present in the house has now disappeared and Jane is left to cope by herself. All she has left is her bed and her own thoughts. The idea of her trapped will not cure her “sickness” or depression that she is fighting. Jane is
You must treat us like gods! We are your guests, you unwelcoming scoundrel!’ I demanded.
Prior to this, she expresses, “I’m feeling ever so much better! I don’t sleep much at night, for it is so interesting to watch developments” (478). This statement conveys, that she has lost her senses from the outside world and lives completely in her own imagination. She has become so obsessive of the wallpaper now, that she does not want anybody else touching it. She too, does not want John to find out about her obsession because she’s afraid he’ll take her away at once; she does not wish to leave until she has figured out the pattern. On the last day of her stay, once she has ripped off as much wallpaper as she can, she admits, “I don’t like to look out of the windows even—there are so many of those creeping women, and they creep so fast. I wonder if they all come out of the wallpaper as I did” (482). Here, Gilman uncovers, that “the woman” and the narrator are in fact the same woman. The narrator identifies that she is the trapped woman. The “woman” she had envisioned trapped behind the wallpaper, was her all along trying to escape from depression. During the last event of the story, she says, “I kept on creeping just the same, but I looked at him over my shoulder. ‘I’ve got out at last’ said I ‘in spite of you and Jane. And I’ve pulled off most of the paper, so you can’t put me back!’” (482). She has freed herself at
“Nonsense,” King Gabriel counters with humor in his voice. “Is this why you came? You wanted me to confess to something I had no knowledge of; and here I thought you finally came to your senses and were going to do right by your
She finds herself standing in an old unfamiliar empty room. She glances at the ceiling, noticing every ceiling title and each random square light in-between them. Then her eyes slowly focus on the pale white walls. As she scans each wall, she begins to notice the room is not empty. She soon realizes that she is standing in the middle of a hallway and staring at random unfamiliar people. Then everything becomes dark and she wakes up and goes on her day like normal. As she is going through her day, she finds herself in an unfamiliar room. She begins to study the ceiling, then the walls, and finally it dawns on her that she has been through this before. The girl has experienced déjà vu.
"And what do you want from me, you frightening monstrosity whom my innocent and sheltered eyes should never have been made to look upon?"
'And the only thing they Lord, forgive our sins and excesses and make our feet steadfast and give us victory over the infidels.' 'Strike above the neck, and strike at all their extremities.' 'Oh Lord, pour your patience upon us and make our feet steadfast and give us victory over the infidels.'"
The priest will either ask the demon to stop attacking the victim or to leave completely ("Demonology: the study of evil spirits"). Finally the priest will
As the dizziness of Vodka washed over Scarlett’s brain. Sebastian’s image washed over Molly’s. It was Molly’s first time at a party like this, after all she did like her innocent reputation. Scarlett however was not a newcomer to highschool parties that ended in vomit, her rebellion wouldn’t let her miss a single party all summer and she decided that this time she’d drag Molly down with her. Scarlett stood suddenly, where is Zavier anyway? Her boyfriend had been missing for about an hour and being drunk wouldn’t help him stay faithful, Scarlett tried to move forward but her legs felt like jello and she fell over on to the floor. Spontaneous laughter sounded from her as she realized she had fallen, Molly laughed as well as she stood to help her friend from the floor.
She starts to imagine crazy things, like women trapped inside the horrid yellow wallpaper. She tries to help her

He spoke softly,, and looked at the four walls around his dungeon core. The dungeon has shrunk tremendously since the sealing by the Goddess of Light and Justice, Allindra, but as an otherworldly presence, the Demon Lord of Lust and Desire, Hakata, is resistant to their godly powers. The succubus before him is the core of the dungeon, the manifestation of a portion of his powers in the form of a dungeon, the anchor to his presence in the mortal realm. Though the succubus, Lia, cannot leave the dungeon as the dungeon core, Hakata was free to leave as he please, and walk the mortal realm, like all other demons. When Allindra sealed the dungeon and locked it away from the world’s powers, it had also pulled him back into the dungeon.
"I just meant ..." "I asked you to be silent!" the shadow snapped and then started pacing around in circles and mumbling to himself. "I've been sloppy in the past and foiled by fate ... but I won't let that happen again. Yes, I know better now. " "Oh you have always been wiser than the rest my lord," one of the witches whispered and what appeared to be tears of delight trickled down her cheeks.
