“Communication” is the transfer of information meaningful to those involved.
It is the process in which messages are generated and sent by one person and received and translated by another person.
The goal of all communication is understanding.
A message is successful only when both the sender and the receiver perceive it in the same way. The meaning generated by the receiver can be different from the sender’s intended message.

Effective communication is complete in the sense that it should cover all facts that are required by needed person. The message sender must take considerations of the receivers mind and convey message. Features of complete communications are:

Communication is something we all humans use. Communication “is the sharing of information between individuals by using speech”. People have ways of communicating some have their weaknesses in conversations and others have their strengths. When I communicate with others I feel that some things I say I do not verbalize right. I have two strengths and three weaknesses in my communicating. My three weakens in my communication are, check nonverbal feedback, to make people wrong and recognize that people understand information in different ways and my two strengths in my communication are being flexible, and take responsibility for the communication.

As we use communication in our day-to-day living, there should be an assurance that the sender and the receiver should be able to communicate properly or else communication is not effective after all. The sender should be able to deliver the message as clear and concise as possible so that the receiver will understand and grasp the message well.
