Force Field Analysis is a method for listing, discussing, and assessing the various forces for and against a proposed change. A force field analysis helps analyzing all of the Things that will impact change to what you are trying to do, and it gives you the pros and cons of the situation. Having identified these, you can then develop strategies to reduce the impact of the opposing forces and strengthen the supporting forces. An effective team building tool, it is especially useful when you want to overcome resistance to change(Lewin K 1997)., The life space includes only those aspects of the environment that are perceived at some level, either consciously or unconsciously, by the individual (M. The aim of this essay is to analyse four theoretical approaches to psychology, including psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive and behavioural. Analysing each approach in detail and identifying key features the approach uses to explain human behaviour. This essay will also analyse how successful each approach is in it methods, evidence gathering techniques and analyse how it can be applied to giving reasons for particular human behaviours. PSYC321-Social Psychology taught me about the ways in which people are influenced by others, how people make decisions, inferences we make about others’ attitudes and personalities, and influence of situational and variables on behavior. I learned that people behave the way that they do for so many reasons. Behaviors are caused more by the social situation than they are by the characteristics of the individuals. One of the concepts that I recall is Lewin’s equation which indicates that the behavior of a person at any given time depends on both the characteristics of the person and the influence of the social situation.
