Recommended: Career in cosmetology

The reasons I have chosen Bella Capelli, a Paul Mitchell Partner School for my cosmetology education are the high quality and integrity of both the products and the people I have met that have attended a Paul Mitchell school. Bringing in artists from all over the country to teach classes, reaching out to the less fortunate, and helping their students build a client list are some reasons I love Paul Mitchell. I believe Bella Capelli truly sets their students up for success. My career goals as a cosmetologist are to bring quality service to my clients. Helping them feel their best selves, both inward and outward. I plan to work in a salon as a hairstylist/colorist, always learning and advancing my art. Through my life, I have found that one of my biggest disappointments has been how much time I lost caring about what others thought of me and my decisions. I have recently written and recorded my first full-length album. This has been a huge accomplishment of mine. I love being able to express my thoughts and feelings in an honest way that is my own. Seeing people react and connect with songs I have written is a feeling I could never put into words. I am continuously humbled and honored to be able to influence the people around me with my music and art. It is this same kind of enthusiasm I want to bring into my cosmetology career. Once I graduate, I plan to become employed in an established salon to build my client list and experience. A lot of my style inspiration comes from vintage styles, 90’s punk styles, and vibrant colors. I hope one day to move west, continuing to learn and accomplish my goals. I am extremely hopeful and excited to start this new chapter in my life. A cosmetology education from Bella Capelli has been an aspiration of mine for years.
