In the future, I want to pursue a career in the medical field. At a university, I would want to pursue a major in biomedical engineering and minor in spanish. Furthermore, I have been fascinated with the complexity of the human body. I have been fascinated with its relationship with the butterfly effect because a miniscule change in a body can have a drastic impact over time on the overall physique of the individual's body, internally or externally. I want to give aid to individuals that have suffered through a tragic event that has left them unable to move the way they could move before this given incident. Also, I would want to give aid to those individuals who have suffered through an amputation because of an infection or disease such as veterans. …show more content…

Being able to provide the patient a sense of felicity by designing artificial internal organs and/or artificial devices that can replace body parts for the patient, will motivate me to solve the medical challenges involved in this interdisciplinary field. Then, if I was blessed enough, I would still want to continue my education by applying to medical school. The first two years at the medical institution, I would focus on learning anatomy and physiology. Afterwards, I would be able to apply what I learned in those years towards my clinical rotations where I would work with real patients. Then, I would have to complete residency training before I could earn my license and become a general practitioner. Once I reach to this point in my education, my goal would be to take all the knowledge I accumulated throughout my years of education and apply it towards an underserved
