Internet access has exacerbated a big problem to bullying. Online bullying is a has become a major issue in many schools. Even though some people think it’s not right for kids to be charged for certain things, students should be charged for bullying on online site because its demeaning to people and it will hopefully make kids feel more safe when going on social media site.

People think it’s not right for kids and teens to be charged for certain thing. Many parents would disagree with this statement but, parents believe that there just to young and and some believe that the taunts and arguments were just little and would not turn into something huge. “there is no way anyone on gods green earth could of know that this would result in a criminal prosecution” (teenagers take a stand against). Most grown-ups think of the computer as something young kids use to get information and send emails without the expense of a postage stamp. Another example that shows that people think its right for kids to be charged for bullying online is the argument about the first amendment. The first amendment protects the freedom of religion, press, assembly, petition , and speech. Parents that disagree with there kids being charged for bullying would argue that they were just using their freedom of speech.

Even though people think its not right for teenagers to be charged for certain things, I think kids should be charged for bullying on online sites because its demeaning to other people. The bullied is often unlikely to stop the others mean behavior toward them be themselves.
