1.1 Introduction: Education worldwide faced challenge of changing demands and opportunities. The increasing movement of student mobility seeking international qualifications of repute was being accepted in the global market. In the preceding context, planning became an important factor for education and career development at all stages. Therefore, identify long-term issues and assessing their impact on future goals was essential for a dynamic and successful organization. 1.1.1 Company Overview: JOJI Higher Education Services (JOJI HES) founded in the year 2009 in Karachi city in Pakistan by; Jawwad Ahmed, whom have been serving the field of education for the last five years with a history of responsible business conduct. It’s established as an independent organization for the promotion of international education with special emphases on student counselling and consultancy services for the potential students from Pakistan and Oman. JOJI HES was an innovative and progressive organization, which operates as a full time education counselling service and concentrates on one of the core sectors of the economy – overseas education, owned and managed by professionals with proven credentials in the industry. It offered a variety of services such as Free Initial Counselling, Fast Application Processing, Visa Information, Pre Departure Assistance, Articulation, Exchange, Twinning and Affiliation and Career Assessment and Guidance. 1.1.2 The Philosophy: It was to give students exceptional and personalized service at an affordable price along with best advices to ensure valuable study abroad and experience at international level to achieve both personal and professional goals. Nowadays, JOJI HES faces huge competition with the other two main local education services providers whom supplied similar duties, which were; ABN Consultants and North Pole Consultant services. In practise, an industry analysis begins with identifying the various actors related to each force, starting with competitors (Phills 2005). According to this contest, the company was in need to put some specific strategies to overcome this competition and increased their chances to be in the lead. 1.3 Situation Analysis (SWOT): This type of analysis could be done through using SWOT considerations, which they described the positive and negative objects that could affected the company.
