Along the way the gang heads to Beverly Hills and shacks up in the house of acting legend, Bill Murray, whom is Tallahassee's favorite actor. Unfortunately, in a hilarious moment, Columbus mistakes Murray for a zombie and shoots him. Bill Murray then dies after telling the group his only regret is doing the movie Garfield.
Later, the girls take off for Pacific Playland, and find themselves in trouble when the place becomes overrun by zombies. Thankfully, Columbus and Tallahassee are there to help them. The film ends with the four characters driving off together.
So, what could be in store for Zombieland 2? It's hard to say as the casting has yet to be announced, but if all the main players return for the sequel it's likely to be much like the original, only Columbus and Wichita could be hot and heavy by now. The gang could also run in to more survivors, which could lead to some interesting casting. Whatever happens, fans are so excited by the big sequel announcement and know that the film is going to be hilarious.

In the article "Movies that Rose from the Grave" by Max Brooks, he delves deeper into the reasoning of where, why, and when zombie horror flicks
Max Brooks explains in his article ‘’The Movies That Rose From The Grave’’ [2006], that zombies and the supernatural forces have impacted and have become popular in the world today. The first main idea that Brooks points out is the way society has changed the meaning and glimpse for the supernatural creatures like zombies causing them to become increasingly popular. To support this zombie movies have changed from darkness and mystery to violent and bloodier scenes therefore making them more prevailing. The second main idea that is discussed by Brooks is how the media has helped to increase the popularity of zombies, vampires, ghosts. Highlighted by the author particularity both ‘’resident evil,
’28 days later’ and ‘Shaun of the Dead’ are both a zombie film, which is a sub-genre of horror. However their genres are extremely different because ‘Shaun of the Dead’ is also a comedy.
The zombie race is very different. It doesn't not have many abilities and is not advanced like humans. Their behavior patterns are different. They cannot stand cold or winter weather. Their behavior is very different and difficult to calculate. They usually stand around lingering and waiting to attack when they hear something. They follow noises. Some abilities that they do have is that they have excellent hearing and can walk but aren't blind. The also can smell human blood. Zombies are generally weak but don’t underestimate what they can do to a human.
The film was about a group of people trying to survive the night against an undead horde. It first showed us a brother and a sister, Barbra and Johnny. They are visiting their father’s grave. Johnny rants about how this is a waste of time and acts very poorly in the cemetery. They are attacked by a zombie and Barbra leaves Johnny behind. She finds a farmhouse and runs inside, hiding from the zombie. Soon after, she goes outside and a new character named Ben is introduced. He helps board up the entire house to hold out for the night. He routinely lit things on fire and threw them in front of the porch, keeping the zombies at bay. Ben tried asking Barbra questions but she was no help. She wouldn’t talk about anything or explain her story to Ben. After barring up the windows and doors they are safe for some time. Now the rest of the characters are introduced,
“Grrrraaaahhh” someone behind me yelled. I yelped loudly as I jumped and turned sharply around. There stood another zombie with a bright red mask who was also wearing a dark black cloak. But this zombie had a bloody axe in one hand causing me to scream very loudly. As I bolted in the opposite direction back out the entrance. I ran in between 2 of the arcade booths, then looked over my shoulder and sighed in relief as I realized this zombie hadn’t followed me.
The fact that Shaun of the Dead is a horror film is quite obvious, under horror, the film uses one of the many monsters of terror: zombies. The protagonist, Shaun, is a 29-year-old with no real ambition in life, much to the distress of his family, friends, and overly fed-up girlfriend. Having only loyalty from his lazy best friend Ed. But when the flesh-hungry undead begin to rise in numbers in London, Shaun must come to the rescue for his ex-girlfriend and mother before they are mutated. With loyal Ed at his side to watch his back, the two will have to bust their way through the zombie-populated London as Shaun must take on the first real challenge in his life. Unfortunately, Ed is infected at the end of the film but with his life spared,
In Night of the Living Dead, the zombies were eventually eliminated. Or were they? Theorists argue that the monster’s elusiveness is due to its physical, psychological and social characteristics that cross the lines of classification. Human’s innate fear of the unknown is due to their inability to make a distinction or draw a clear conclusion. This is explained further in Jeffrey Cohen’s second thesis in “Monster Theory” that claims that; “the monster never escapes” (Cohen, 14). The zombie as a monster can never be destroyed completely and if it is, it leaves a remnant the make people feel uncertain of its destruction. Base on Cohen’s theory, the zombie’s different interpretation allows it to emerge in other forms (a faster, smarter zombie?)
During the time, “zombies” were thought to be a creation of Hollywood; however, this was not the
The upcoming AMC television series is a spin-off of the popular zombie show “The Walking Dead.” Showrunner Dave Erickson said Fear the Walking Dead’s first season will be full of thrill and tension, according to Christian Today (CT).
Since then, I had come across similar videos, most debunked as fake. While others, well… not so debunked, but deemed to be anti-government propaganda all the same. After all, when it comes to zombies there can only be one source, right? The corrupt government. And when it comes to the reason the public has been left in the dark about the existence of zombies? Well, that, of course, much like the existence of aliens, would be just for our safety.
In the end, Zombieland can be a lesson for our founding fathers. They would have learned to look at women in a new light. They would not see them as being small, dependent people. Instead, they would see that they demand respect, just as men do and just as all people should. They would see them independent and more than capable human beings on this earth. In fact, I believe if our founding fathers had seen Zombieland then they too would agree that the only people that should be excluded from rights are zombies. They would see women are just as equal as men. If this new perspective had been discovered sooner, one of the most important documents in history, the Declaration of Independence, would be seen with the following words: “All men and women are created equal”.
Mass amounts of people will die, families will be separated, and peaceful ways of life will be long gone. Guard your loved ones, board up your windows and keep your gun under your pillow because you’re gonna need it. I have taught the facts, the opinions, and the theories on the possibility of a zombie apocalypse. I have explained with facts and statistics the ramifications of it if it was to happen, the way and speed at which it can spread, and the cruelty that will follow. You can protect yourself and the ones closest to you, but first you have to believe it.
Is the Zombie apocalypse real and would it happen, in ways it could because in most countries reports that there are signs of real Zombie sightings, but occurring from Ebola. Zombie actually came from Haiti, but they are not what people usually show on TV and movies. In Haiti, there were witch doctors that would use these poor people as their slaves. A poison drugs the person, which is from a puffer fish called Tetrodotoxin, which paralyse the patient making it seems as if they have died. The person is then buried then witch doctor comes back at night and dugs out the supposedly dead victim. Once the Witch doctor has gotten the unfortunate victim, she then drugs them in a state of confusing where they lose their memories of their previous life. They are sold and used as slave labour sweeping floors, cutting wood and so forth. Some films shows what most people think today’s society Zombies would look like, but those films judge zombies based on their description. Ebola has similar symptoms of the Zombie virus internal bleeding that is bleeding from the eyes, mouth, ears and quick weight loss, which describes what a zombie would look like. The zombies that most people described are always the bloody brain eating ones, and are always created by some out of control and highly contagious pathogen. However, Ebola could be possible to start a Zombie
We’ve all seen those horror movies or played those games about the zombie apocalypse. We joke but could this actually happen? Our hope says no, but what does science say? Absolutely possible, but not in the way we may think.
