As you have read in my previous essay my goal is to improve my day to day routine doing so I will need to change my routine to follow my strict yet flexible schedule. In order to accomplish this goal I would plan my days out accordingly to my school schedule where school related task are prioritized. My schedule would go as follows, On

Mondays and Wednesdays I would wake up at 8:00 am sharp, be at the gym by 8:30 am come back, eat, shower, start homework by 11am up until my class day starts(at 1:50pm) then finish all my homework, and be in bed by 12pm allowing me to have leisure time if I finish my work early that day.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays it would be slightly different where I would start my classes at 9am ending at about 3pm which, I usually have a light workload these days which I would utilize this extra time to work on my personal projects and to workout for a longer period of time. On Fridays and the weekends I have no in class meeting only quizzes due so I would utilize this freetime to get ahead on my schoolwork if I had a hefty week approaching. Other than that I would work on my personal project and have free time to do various activities such as camping, hiking, hanging out with friends and just relaxing in general. Along with this schedule I
will have a diet plan which I will be following a strictly yet it does have some flexibility diet where I can only eat at most thirty grams of carbs daily, keeping sugar to a minimum (no fruits),while being able to eat however many grams of proteins, fats, and green vegetables as I would like with a cheat day on Saturday. If there is any dietary fibers I will subtract that number from the total amount of carbs because those carbs (energy) do not go into the bloodstream. Along with this diet I will use supplementation to help keep my body healthy and nourished. The supplements I will use are Fish oil (taking 4000 mg daily), keratin ( for my knee injury), multivitamins, and protein for my late night hunger.I also will have a set workout plan which can be altered if needed. On Mondays and Wednesdays, I would work on my cardio, endurance, and core.On Tuesdays and Thursday, I would focus on my upper body while still incorporating cardio. As for the weekend I would use as my active rest days where I can either do an active activity such as hiking or 30 min of cardio. Overall I think I have a well thought out strict plan that will allow me to succeed while still having room to compromise if needed be and to still the college “life” Changeology According to the steps of changeology I realize I am in the second step of changeology which is the Prep state. I Know I am at this step because I critically thought about my goals and what its going to take to achieve this goal by creating a daily schedule for me to follow. I also have thought out and left time for any compromises that may occur which is where people usually fail their goals due to not knowing how to react or adapt.I also, have created a journal type of log sheet to track my progress so I can see if I am lacking in any area so I can improve upon it. I have also been doing a mock diet for a couple days so when I start my strict diet im not too surprised when I am on my strict diet so I know what to expect and how I will feel.

The 7 Levels of Change provides a different way of thinking to enhance behaviors and processes. The author demonstrates throughout the book a seven process of change that builds upon the next. He believes that by thinking differently, being creative and stepping out of the norm is the catalyst to solutions and results beyond one’s expectations. Although the author uses the analogy of a new work environment to expound on the level of changes, the fundamentals can be used in both your personal and professional life.

...rs tend to overestimate the degree of unpleasantness of a task” (Lay, 46). Procrastination is a problem that when left unchecked can cause serious problems in every aspect of a person’s life. The solution for students can be as easy as sticking to a goal or as hard as denying themselves a prize when they missed the deadline on a project. The type of solution a person uses depends on what works best for that student, but a schedule to help stay goal positioned never hurt.
This leads to the question of, “How do people change?” Self-awareness of one’s current plight, whether it is internally or externally, and an intense desire to discover new ways of living are two main ingredients to spur change. People must be fully aware that their current behavior is causing more harm than good in their lives. And on the same token, discovering that there are alternative ways of living can also make people change. However, in order for change to actually occur, people must be willing to live out new ways of behaving and thinking. For people who want to make changes, but find it difficult to make a step, a counselor can help facilitate change through encouragement and various self-empowering
The problem of time management can be said to be universal not only affecting students but also other people in careers. This problem is seen to transition from a person’s life from different cadres of his or her engagement specifically from home, school and at work. It is also a problem that is internal and not external.

From readings and life experiences, I have become cognizant that transformation is both internal and external and often about positive outcomes, as noted by Gleason,
Has there ever been an experience that not only has changed your development but also has recalibrated your entire life? If you were to ask me this question i would answer yes with great exuberance. I would also state that this occurred not even a month ago. I state this response with great joy simply because I enjoy the recalibration I have encountered, since this change can enhance a better future for myself. It has let me find my true passions and let me realize my true dislikes. Most importantly it has given me a new sense of maturity I feel that I didn’t earn! But in order to explain this adjustment that has crossed my path the reader must understand what and how my life was lived previously. Following this I can describe the events of my experience that leads to the pep talk that induced me into making the change that was essential in order to improve my future.
Another important difference in students time management that is mainly affected by the learners motivation in school and at university. The motivation of school students is comes from parents and teachers, who reward or punish students for keeping up their studies. Students are unexpected to plan or do anything besides follow the timetable and study schedule from teachers. When a student moves on to undertake university study at undergraduate level, there is demanded to be more self-motivated and independent learning. Such as plan a learning programme that takes into consideration time available for study. As Marshall and Rowland (1993, 41) shown that, ¡¥if students are studying at a distance in tertiary education are needed to be particularly careful in setting priorities and balance a certain time between work and study, family and social life.
