Just a wild guess that the 10% that are not in shape are probably not riding as much as the ones that are in shape. If you are not in shape I highly recommend mountain biking as a fun way to get in shape, and even if you are fit biking is still a fun way to get your daily dosage of exercise. There is mountain biking, road biking, and cyclocross biking. All different types of biking are fun. Any one that you pick you can make easy or hard depending on where you ride and how your ride. A road bike is a bike you ride on roads. It has much skinnier tires then mountain bikes because it needs a different type of grip. Also there is no front or back suspension because there is no big bumps or rocky hills. Road rides are usually much longer and will take you where you want to go faster. A cyclocross bike is a cross between a road bike, and a mountain bike. It has the tires of a mountain bike with lots of rubber traction, but it still has the skinny rims like a road bike. Also it has a more flexible frame which will be a little help since there's no suspension on the bike. A mountain bike is a bike with front suspension and back suspension it is used to take on dirt trails and rocky bumpy
Needless to say, that experience has changed over time. It began from a simplistic design in 1904 as a motorized bike. However, as time progressed it brought about the introduction of the biker gang era. These were the bad asses image riding their heavy bikes down the highway, rebels who refused to give in to society’s pressures. It was the time of the Hell’s Angels, with their patches, long hair, and untidy beards that became the symbol of freedom on the road. They created the mantra of the bad ass dude on a bad ass American bike and no one was gonna tell him what to

Gravity- is the force that keeps you on the ground. Without gravity snowboarding would not be the same. For example, if there were no gravity, when you hit a jump, there would not be a force to bring you back to the ground. You would just float in mid air forever. While riding a snowboard a constant force of 9.8 Newton’s (N) is pushing down on every inch of your body. It does not only push you down the mountain, but it keeps the snowboard on the snow trail.
Snowboarding you’re bound so you cannot do all the same tricks as you can on a skateboard, except the new era where people aren’t strapping both feet in. According to Robert Smith, the history of the bicycle goes like this: in the late 18th century and early 19th century, a two-wheeled vehicle with a wooden frame and a saddle, known as the celeripede ("fast feet") was developed in France. The celeripede had a fixed cross-bar and no pedals, meaning that it could not be steered very well and it was moved by running along the ground while straddling the saddle. Needless to say, it never became popular.

Bicycling was an exciting experience for two reasons. First, it has allowed me to travel around the city. Second, it gives me a chance to hang out with my friends. I love bicycling, I think it is fabulous! I can now observe my city, the people that lived there, the architecture, and the trees and animals, etc. Sometimes in our life, we just need to slow down our pace. We're so used to rushing through life that we don't even know what we have missed, but It's hard to blame ourselves because we're busy about our jobs especially when we were living in the city. I was once like that; I head right straight to school when it's time for school. As I walk I would only stare at my watch instead if looking to my left and/ or right.
Snowboarding, one of the hardest snowsport to learn but easy to master, it's also one of the most enjoyable snowsport on the planet. Even though it’s fun, you can really injure yourself if your not careful. In this narrative you’ll witness the pain I had to go through trying to learn snowboarding but also witness me mastering this incredible sport. It was a cool afternoon in the frosty month of January, the time was around 5:30 pm and my dad just dropped me off at Snow Valley hill in his black Mitsubishi Lancer. I took my blueish green Burton Custom snowboard from the back of the car, grabbed my helmet, gloves, jacket and snowpants and went to the bottom of the hill. There I placed my board on the soft snow and put on my gear. I was wearing a blue jacket with dark
