Hypothesis: If I workout five times a week then I will gain five pounds of muscle.

Reflection: The data collection in this project has been successful so far, I have been sticking to my independent variable, working out, consistently, except for one week I have swapped one of the weekdays, for a weekend day, saturday, because of exams and assignments that didn’t allow me to have the time to go on a weekday. I have noticed improvements and positive results in my dependent variable, such as muscle gain and weight increase. The most difficult part is allocating sufficient time at the gym to get an effective and complete workout. Working out five days a week is easier than expected once the habit is formed.
