I dont think workers who receive tips should be paid the same minimum wage as other employess who's jobs does not see the light of tips. First, every job comes with challenges and difficulties so to exclude one group of workers and give them tips creates inbalance in the workforce. Next not all customers can afford tips all the time due to unforseen financial forces. Though some people feel workers that are tipped should further be accrded the minumum wage, I strongly oppose the idea.

First, the notion that some jobs are difficult than others go a long way in creating inbalance between workers who are tipped and those jobs that promises no tips. Every job comes with it's own challenges. Example, a manger of a contruction firm equally works harder compared to the workers on the contruction sites. They both form integral parts of the company and one can not function without the other. One has to go to the contruction site to get the job done, while the other has to manage the company so as it can win contracts where necessary, and to see to the daily activities of the company. A customer who pays tips regularly might not be able to pay their tips within a given time where they may be faced with financial difficulties. Example may be a cutomer who has to pay so much to get his/her car fixed, pay unxpected bills, or even lose thier jobs. In an atmosphere where tipping is a tradition, this customer might rather choose a different place for businnes, where he/she would not have to pay tips after paying for services. This would help them save some money and still get same service he/she gets from the place he/she pays tips and in a way, becomes detrimental to the other business since they might lose a customer due to
