Risk assessment is one of the best methods to overcome problems that can cause danger toward workers getting an injury. In addition, it is also can circumvent liabilities and assets damages at the company.
The second thing that I learned from this assessment is how to compile a risk assessment in a correct way. what I understand before this is after we completed the assessment usually we will keep the document straight to the file, but now I was realised that the correct way is after the risk assessment has been reviewed we should discuss it with a person such as head of operation or other person who is in charge for that area.
