The world still struggling to overcome the issue of gander and the political and economic dominance of men trough out the human history. yet, in most developed countries the participation of women’s in the economy is growing and creating stable and peaceful society. But in most of the Arab country and third world countries the culture and the political systems are not promoting women to participate in the economics activities outside their house. For several years the United Nation, other international and non-governmental organizations worked to promote and educate societies to narrow the gap between men and women participation in the economy and education.

According to Jaber the Jordanian education system discourage the female students to take part in the economics activates except being a teacher or nurses. In addition, the curriculums structured to benefit only the men to prepare them all sort of jobs and leadership skills unlike the women’s, this limits the female students to discharge and focused on the marriage only. It is true that the main factor of this problem is come from the culture that, women consider to work only in the house to rise children. So, the government may have a policy in place to empower them but the women’s need help starting from the family. Firstly, the education system and the curriculum must include the female to prepare for professional carrier, and leadership skill. Secondly, the government and other none-governmental organization should work to create awareness in the society, how to help and encourage the women’s in the house and at school.
