Mark Fisher Entertainment Architect
Mark Fisher was born on the 20th of April, 1947 in Warwickshire, England. The same city in England where William Shakespeare was born. Through all the research I have done on this architect, not much has come up on his early life. Most records of him begins with where he went to college and the degrees he received. Mark graduated from the Architectural Association School of Architecture (AA School) in 1971. This school is located in England. It is one of the most prestigious and competitive schools in the world. Once his schooling was over he decided to form a partnership with Jonathan Park. The only good thing to come out of this partnership was the creation of the Mark Fisher Studio which later led to the Stufish Studio.
Mark setup a company that designed inflatable structures for advertisement and entertainment. The name of this company was Air Structures Design. This business was really successful for Mark and the few people that he associated with to help him run his company. He eventually moved on from the company and continued to be his...
Richard Morris Hunt was an American architect born in 1827. Hunt was born in Brattleboro, Vermont. His dad was a lawyer and US congressman, so their family had lots of money. He first attended Boston Latin School, and then in 1943 when his father died, he traveled to Europe to study art and architecture. In 1846 he would become the first American to attend the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris, the finest architecture school in the world. He finally settled in New York in 1855, where he made it his goal to raise the standard of design.
Kendra is successful because she loves what she does and always puts customer service first. She considers herself entrepreneurial because she had the vision to start providing her services by herself without any business partners. She likes what she does and loves the idea of being her own boss. Her only marketing background would be growing up and watching her dad and siblings manage their own small businesses. Marketing in her business is important and she views it as a social yet fun twist to the common business marketing plan. The market is like a contagious disease. When one g...

Out of the three examples he wrote about, one’s motto was to ‘eliminate excuses’. In 1980, John Paul DeJoria (who was then living in his car) and Paul Mitchell (a hairdresser) started their company, John Paul Mitchell Systems, of selling shampoos and conditioners. Their starting capital was only $700. It was a rather unpromising time to start a business, with inflation at 12.5 percent and interest rates at 18 percent. Previous to the start of the company, DeJoria grew up poor in the Los Angeles area. He did not have the money to attend college, so he took numerous sales jobs, including a succession of positions at hair-care firms. In fact, he got himself fired from most of them. This had a profound effect on him as he told Charles Payne on his radio show. “When people fire you for not being their kind of manager, it makes you want to be your own manager,” DeJoria said. DeJoria later teamed up with Paul Mitchell. Unfortunately, a European investor pulled out of their business before they were able to launch. This left Dejoria and Mitchell with practically nothing. So before the first bills were due, DeJoria packed his new hair product in his trunk and found his own buyers going door to door. Perseverance pays off, as DeJoria and Mitchell’s privately held company makes 90 hair-care products that are sold in 100,000 salons nationally and in 80 countries today. DeJoria’s advice to
Frank Lloyd Wright is widely known and is considered to be America’s greatest architect. He is considered, in the eyes of many, to be the most consequential American architect of the 20th century. “Strongly individualistic, flamboyant, and arrogant, Wright designed and built more than four hundred structures that reflect his architectural genius. Directly and indirectly, he heavily influenced twentieth century architecture with his diverse use of geometry in his designs” (Eisenman).
Antwone Fisher was an individual that endured so many things. He faced a lot of challenges that may have seemed impossible to recover from. This story was an example of the many things that some children may experience. Antwone was not raised in an upper crust home. He did not grow up in a home in which his mother and father was present. Instead of having positive role models, he had to live with individuals that were abusive to him. When observing Antwone’s personality, one may refer to two different theorists such as Bandura and Rogers.
Mark Twain had a typical childhood for his time, but his older years were quite different. He was born on November 30, 1835 in Florida, Missouri to Jane Clemens and John Clemens (“Mark Twain Biography”). Growing up on the Missouri River, he faced poverty, cruelty, and boredom as a child. He wanted to be relieved from his boredom so he asked Horace Bixby, a pilot, to teach him riverboat piloting. Piloting is where Twain adopted his pen name. The term twain means “two fathoms deep,” which is the depth needed for a riverboat to pass through safely. Twain served in the Civil War for a few weeks in 1861, but then dropped out. After that, he went on ...

The university offered no courses in his chosen field; however, he enrolled in civil engineering and gained some practical experience by working part time on a construction project at the university. Sullivan disapproved, resulting in Wright leaving the firm in 1893 to establish his own office in Chicago.
In the late nineteen- forties, Alex Osborn was a partner in the advertising agency B.B.D.O., which is where he decided to write a book where he shared all of his creative secrets.
