Death is inevitable. Any living thing that is born into the world comes with an expiration date. That date could be day one or at age 100. This event is sad and unwanted and almost no one knows how to perfectly cope with a loss of someone they knew. There are some remedies to numb oneself from the pain but none that are good for you; physically or emotionally. People seem to face a loss with an attitude they got from their first experience with death. As many wise people say the first is always the hardest. With saying that, the death of your first loved one is always an unexpected hardship and you might not know how to handle it. When death happens, your first love one passes off to the other side emotions can swarm at any moment. Almost everyone will get emotions relating to in denial, anger, and depression. The real question that will never be answered is why? Why is losing someone so hard? Everyone would love to know the answer but the fact is it is not going to be easy. Death can happen to everyone at any moment in time. Whether that be a senior citizen simply getting to that age or a child barely out of the womb. When dealing with your first death of a loved one you will become extremely sad. This sadness intrudes every thought surrounding this unfortunate event. You could feel like you can’t move past this emotion but the hidden truth is you must accept that this death has happened. No, you can’t deny it happened. Anger with flood your body.
